    Why the negative posts? I figured everyone in here would be extremely happy now, we will get a higher draft pick now and draft a QB for sure now lmao . I am ok with this. Had a playoff berth been on the line I would've upset but it wasn't. Time for Free Agency and the Draft.

    Well that would have been more helpful had they lost last week. No, they decided to play their most complete game of the season last week with nothing to play for, then totally % the bed this week.

    They regressed that's how

    They regressed, but still through the last game of the year Colts had the #4 running game in the league. I'm not saying the O-line has played great, but ppl saying it's because Reich fired the guy last year and brought in his own guy is a HUGE stretch.

    I understand that character is important, but I think we are playing guys based on it over talent. The FO is starting to look like some Ned Flanders, Mr. Rogers do gooders.

    Oh, but I got lambasted for saying we need tougher players, players that arent all boyscouts and quior boys. That all the fan base seems to want.

    I thought our non-felon to felon ratio was a little off...

    Good scouting bud. Gonna start working on my "killer instinct" now.

    Just listened to Kevin Bowens podcast, 2nd sentence out of his mouth:

    This team can't close, this team has no killer instinct.

    Now where have I heard that before?

  5. Some valid pts, but JB still mediocre. His accuracy is bad, he has poor clock/time management skill (tried to call 2 timeouts back to back no joke), just doesn't keep the chains moving when needed. And his 4th quarter qb rating the entire season is like 75, which is his lowest of all 4 quarters. Can't have that.

  6. This whole organization, top to bottom and including most fans, only want nice, boy scout players. Well, this is the result, soft and mediocre. No one willing to get in anyone's face, no killer instinct.

  7. The stadium "sound" seems to cater to 50+ yr olds that go to wineries on Fri nights and wipe the handles of the shopping cart down when they go to the grocery.

    Why are we hearing "Bang the drum all day" after scores? Is there a more lame song that they've overlooked? I just feel like the atmosphere with the music cut ins and whatnot does not lend to the crowd getting pumped.

    I'm not asking for hip hop of rap, I'm in my 40s and that's not my thing. But the entire soundtrack of the stadium is taken from q95, stuck in a time warp of classic rock.

    I'm pretty sure he caught the ball and got 2 feet down before he started falling to the ground.  The play should have been over at that point.  They did away with the surviving the ground nonsense.

    With that being said, once it was called an interception on the field there was not enough video evidence to overturn it.  Had it been called a TD, I think it would have stood.

    Then you don't know the rule. On a catch you have to maintain possession as you are going to the ground. It's not like a run where you break the plane with the nose of the ball and it gets punched out immediately, it's still a TD.

    Here is a direct quote from the rule:

    If a player, who satisfied (a) and (b), but has not satisfied (c), contacts the ground and loses control of the ball, it is an incomplete pass if the ball hits the ground before he regains control, or if he regains control out of bounds

    A = secure control

    B = 2 feet down

    C = the ever popular football move

    He did A, he did B, but not C. The ball "contacts the ground and loses control of the ball, it's incomplete"... Or in the case of Ebron the defender gained control before the ball hit the ground, therefore interception.
