Reich, I believe is not a very good coach.  He got out coached by a rookie head coach on a bad team.  A team that we should have won easily.  Hoyer, realizing is a back QB, but he was terrible at the initial phase of the game.  Any coach would have change QB in the 2nd half, realizing the back up QB(Hoyer) was handing out football candies to the opposing team...This was a frustrating lost.

  2. Reich needs to start being more proactive on the coaching side and be more creative too.  Offense looks too Vanilla. Siriani and his offensive assistant and Eberflus & company need to start earning their pay checks.   Team is underachieving based on what they build on last year, they are regressing....

The guy is 46 + yrs old.  Vinny no need to prove yourself anymore nor pad your stats.  You're a sure HOF.  The longer you stay, the more you'll diminish your legacy.  You'll be remembered as the kicker who lost games consistently and missing your teams playoff chances due to inconsistencies on your part.  Hang it up while you're still on top.
