  1. I was thrilled when Kelly was waived, thinking now he is a FA and can shop himself around to other teams that actually will want him, after their starter gets hurt, but no he resigned with the practice squad, ugh. A b ad move by Kelly imo, he will never be given a legitimate chance with the colts.
  2. Then cut him. BTW he never did anything egregious unlike Jameis Winton who was up for sexual assault until he bought off his accuser. Also he was injured at the time of the draft so his stock was way down.
  3. The Colts are their own worst enemy and will be lucky to get a wildcard berth.
  4. Not me, I'd love for Kelly to be traded, at least he will have a legitimate chance to earn a starting job with another team. He'll never get that from the Colts.
  5. Please cut or trade Kelly. You have 4 QBs now, one needs to go, I just hope it's Kelly so he can get a real opportunity because he sure isn't going to get one with the Colts.
  6. The main point I was making is that Kelly probably won't be given a legitimate chance to compete for the starting job so he will not re sign with the Colts. His rookie deal is up at the end of the season. I don't really know or care about the other 2 QBs contract status.
  7. You don't know that. You can speculate that CK isn't a long term solution but you can't know that .
  8. Kelly will be a FA after this season. If he isn't given a chance to compete for the starting job, he will leave the Colts after this season and sign with a team that will at least give him the opportunity to play.
  9. I can't believe y'all signed Rivers, I think that was a total waste of money. I stick with my original plan, which was draft a developmental QB in the late 1st or early 2nd round and let CK & JB battle it out for the starting job this year. Personally I think CK would easily win that competition and be your long term/franchise qb. I could be wrong about CK, it's possible but I don't think I am.
  10. FWIW, cut Hoyer, draft a mid 2nd round qb for development and let CK &JB battle it out for the starting job. Personally I think CK would easily beat out JB for the starting position and become the Colts franchise qb.
  11. Actually I would start Kelly next week and play him for the last 4 games to find out what you have. Then you can decide whether or not to move up in the draft. The kid is a baller and he totally outplayed Dak in college. You really don't have anything to lose at this point. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGuZ6LdLgnk
