    As soon as I saw it was raining I thought it might be low scoring and that gives packers a chance. I imagine packers are much more prepared at handling wet balls too.

    He isn’t going anywhere. I believe it’s a lateral move and colts would have to get permission. The only thing that might not make it lateral is he doesn’t call plays here.
