You going to keep saying this when we get to camp and no vets except maybe Blackmon are added. Colts only have 13 million in cap space after they deduct what they need for the draft. -
Ballard will not go DE. Chances are the couple that are worth it will go before colts. We are loaded on the dline. If he does further evidence he doesn’t know what he is doing.

I don’t even mind taking a CB at 15 if they think he can be elite. The issue I have is not having a vet as insurance when the rest of CB room is unproven. That’s a lot of pressure on a rookie. There will also be some elite pass catches end passing on one for a CB makes me ill.

Every year we hear he tried and failed. Going for a 31 year old pass rusher is so dumb when the secondary is this bad. Just shows how flawed his roster building is.

Ballard seems to use the excuse well we are young here and forever be rebuilding. Sounds to me he had found a good excuse to save his job all the time.

Yeah maybe that’s where they were getting at. But we still haven’t seen him play a down so their argument was dumb. The team was 15 yards away from a division win. Yeah taking a step back with less wins is not going to make Irsay happy and it’s a terrible look for Ballard.

Run defenders are important. But they are paying Buckner then want and paid David after paying Stewart. None of that makes sense. A NT is not going to win you a SB.

Texans had a high draft pick from the year before they took stroud in Richardson is coming off a season of injury. He had to play smarter. You think asking him to be Superman is going to help him reduce the injury risk?

Holder doesn’t get it. Why not go get another option for less money thst st least gives insurance and upgrades the roster.

Drafting rookies does not immediately improve the team. Adding more rookies to unproven guys will eventually have Ballard fired after the season.

With the upgraded schedule it is a mistake assuming AR will win more games. If we couldn’t stop scrubs how we stopping the good QB this year.

Thdy played scrubs at QB. Assuming they are going to win more games with a ramped up schedule is a mistake. We won’t be playing scrubs at QB this year. Thst schedule is why we won 9 games.
