  1. ANDERSON, Ind. – The Indianapolis Colts have added depth at tight end by signing Michael Matthews.

In 16 career games, six as a starter, the 6-4, 270 pound Matthews has eight receptions for 54 yards. He has spent time with Detroit, New England, the New York Giants and the Buffalo Bills.

Matthews, 27, fills the roster vacancy created by the waiving-injured of tight end Rob Myers (rib).

  2. 7. Everyone stays healthy:

The Scenario: All the key players stay healthy all season, then come up big in the Playoffs.

    6.Experience pays off:

The Scenario: As other teams struggle from a lockout hangover, the consistent Colts ride their veteran leadership all the way to the big game.

    5.Defense steps up:

The Scenario: After years of being written off as an undersized pushover, the Colts’ D finally emerges as a championship-caliber asset, rather than a liability.

    4.Running game finally clicks:

The Scenario: Tired of being ridiculed, the Indianapolis running game suddenly appears, balancing the team’s already potent offense and triggering a deep post-season run.

    3.Abslolute domination:

The Scenario: After storming through yet another regular season like clockwork, Indy carries the momentum all the way to Super Bowl XLVI.

2.Peyton Manning, carries the team on is back:

The Scenario: Though it takes several improbable come-from-behind wins to accomplish it, Peyton Manning compensates for his team’s shortcomings all year long and does so well enough he reaches his third Super Bowl in six years.

    1.Pure dumb luck:

The scenario: A bunch of crazy outcomes you never saw coming take place, and when the dust finally settles the Colts just happen to come out on top.

  3. Safety Melvin Bullitt gathered in the ball after a deflection by Justin Tryon and raced 95 yards for a score to put the defense ahead, 21-17.

Painter completed 16-of-26 passes for 182 yards in five possessions. Orlovsky hit 14-of-22 passes for 120 yards, with one interception.

Running back Devin Moore led Colts rushers with four carries for 24 yards. Veteran Joseph Addai had two early carries for two yards. Rookie running back Delone had three carries for eight yards. No other Colts player had more than two

    attempts.

Wide receiver Austin Collie topped the club with six receptions for 72 yards. A trio of regulars had three receptions: Reggie Wayne (28 yards), Pierre Garcon (44) and Anthony Gonzalez (24). A total of 15 Colts had receptions.

YOU KNOW AUSTIN COLLIE LEADS AGAIN LETS GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Yeah, because this wasn't a constant topic of conversation on the forum for about three months.

It is kind of nice to see a video that actually presents the facts instead of all of the hearsay and rumors that were being printed by the news outlets at the time. There were reports at the time that the police found Marvin's gun hidden in a bucket at his car wash. The actual police reports say that he turned over the gun voluntarily. What still doesn't make sense to me, though, is this sequence of events...

    1. Marvin and thug get into argument and Marvin throws him out of his bar. (Not disuputed by Marvin)

    2. A couple days later, Marvin and thug have confrontation outside Marvin's car wash. (Not disputed by Marvin)

    3. Moments after confrontation, somebody opens fire and unloads their guns into thug's truck.

    4. When questioned, Marvin turns two guns over to police.

    5. Forensic analysis shows that bullet casings taken from thug's truck match gun that Marvin turned over to police.

How is that not sufficient evidence? What better evidence do you expect to find? A high-definition video tape with slow-mo special effects of Marvin blowing holes in the guy's truck? That's pretty much as good as murder evidence gets. I've always doubted the validity of that sequence of events because if all of that stuff is true, I don't understand how Marvin Harrision is not in jail right now.

same here stll my favorite player thou

  5. Why bring this up? A lowlife was shot and then a few months later killed and Philly has a DA that wants to make the papers by tying Harrison to the case. And yet they have no evidence that Harrison was involved.

you didnt get the case then like 4 months before the murder harrison admitted he got into a fight with the guy outside his bar in philly but denied shooting at him that night. the dwight dixon guy said harrison shot him then 3 months later he died....what a concidence
