  1. there’s zero percent chance Dolphins would trade Waddle for JT as a straight up.
  2. Jags 31- Colts 17. Hope I’m wrong!
  3. Chatham Tap of mass Ave is great! Get the wings with signature sauce. Won’t regret it. Pair it with whatever as a main course. You won’t be disappointed. Hyde park if want to keep burning cash at expensive steakhouses. It’s a good one! Get the smoked old fashioned if you enjoy a cocktail with your meal. Can’t speak to Prime 47 but have heard good things. India Garden has some good Indian food but I know they are closed Sundays. Eagle on Mass Ave has good fried chicken and such. Sauce on the side has real good calzones. It’s more elevated fastish casual. But it’s good Could give more suggestions if shared what you like or probably more importantly what you don’t like.
  4. They have panthers draft capital to help facilitate a trade if needed. Only issue is IF a QB needy team already has the picks (1 and 2 presuming Caleb Williams and Maye). They could also trade Fields for something. If they have a middle type season, likely there will be suitors for Fields
  5. Last I checked Jonathan Taylor is a human, not a car. Let’s roll out!
  6. Plus Fields had like 1 air yard. Two extremely short passes the dudes he threw to took to the house.
  7. He could use it but that would actually be a point to not pay him as that contract has been a disaster
  8. Anybody with Athletic can share the high points: https://theathletic.com/4737237/2023/08/02/colts-jonathan-taylor-jim-irsay-contract/ mentions that Taylor is the third colt that wanted out in last nine months. Think Hines is one of them. Not sure who the other is
  9. them not paying JT early is not a sign of deep seeded issues in the Colts organization. Not to say there’s not, but this isn’t a sign of it. There was no rush to lock in an extension that I’m sure from JT’s camp side, was something less than appealing for the organization
  10. So many people want to play in the NFL. RB is a glamour position in high school. There will still be people lining up to be paid millions in the NFL at the RB position. Just not a premium position anymore. Times have changed. Doesn’t help many premium RB contracts have looked awful fast. Gurley. Le’Veon. Could even say CMC who for the team that signed him, watched him not play at all for two years and then traded him. Though CMC’s value is also he’s elite at catching the ball. Boosts his value over the typical RB. Zeke was washed pretty quickly too.
  11. Middle linebackers used to be paid more and a premier position, but now they are not. Sucks for those players, but gonna be awhile before it changes. so if could trade JT for a random first, would you do it if you were the Colts? It would be tempting…
  12. ACL tear on last play of OTAs. Shame!
  13. They get Jefferson instead of Reagor, whole dynamics of the team changes and likely don’t get Smith or maybe even Brown. Hard to sub in likely future hall of famer Jefferson and expect nothing to change
  14. This thread is pointless along with this post. Hopkins has already shared basically the exact list of teams he’d go to. Did this before he was even released. Would take a comical overpay for it to not be to one of the teams he wants to go to.
  15. Can’t imagine anybody cares. It’s a dumb, no meaning list.
  16. It a regular Pat watcher but would expect no F bombs and language improvement and unfortunately, no more Ian Rapoport. Imagine he gets replaced with Schefter. Other than that, would expect the exact same show. Pat would’ve been well suited to go to HBO honestly but fit would’ve been odd
  17. it’s all just speculation. If panthers don’t take Bryce Young, maybe all the other teams are scared of his size and he goes in the second round. Nobody knows except the teams and the teams have no reason to share that. You can say he definitely would’ve but you don’t know that. Even the Irsay Levis comments could be just a lie and it’s couched with an either/or (Take Levis or trade back). Meaning you have no idea what they would’ve done. Irsay’s comments are grain of salt worthy. So to say he was their 4th guy (not sure if you mean QB or 4th overall prospect), is speculation. You don’t know that. Also, there’s speculation Panthers had AR as their number two and it was close to him being first taken. Fact or fiction, who knows.
  18. NFL teams have no benefit to share they would’ve drafted someone picked before them. They have to worry about the guys they did draft. I feel confident Richardson would’ve went in the first but no way to know. Word on the street is Seahawks already prepped Geno they could draft a QB, and it’s believed that QB was Richardson
  19. Bill Walsh last coached in the NFL 25 years ago. He died 16 years ago. Game has changed with WRs being far more premium than in the 80s. Recent examples of QBs teams being absolutely elevated with the addition of a top tier WR include Hurts/Eagles with addition of AJ Brown (which was after they spent a high pick on Devonta Smith) and Allen/Bills with addition of Diggs.
  20. https://www.stampedeblue.com/2023/5/11/23720670/colts-anthony-richardson-demonstrated-his-high-end-character-by-quietly-cleaning-up-behind-the-scene
  21. So who do we think it was? Maybe the Colts could get some draft compensation out of this. Or, do we think this is just a random tweet from Irsay with no connection to real events?
