Here is my extension from my CR91 Full mock offseason

Colts trade down three spots with the jets for their 2nd and 4th round pick

    1. Quenton Nelson G Notre Dame

While I do think we need a RT more then a G, Nelson is the best lineman prospect and is a major need to help booster our line.

    2.Josh Allen ILB Kentucky

Talented LBer with the speed and instincts to play both inside and outside.

    2.Harold Landry OLB Boston College

Landry's play this season will have his draft stock drop, but he did have 16.5 sacks the previous year. Along with allen, can really improve our LB play

    3. Parris Campbell WR Ohio State

Explosive playmaker, however his stock is being held back with a lack of a QB

    4.Mike Gesicki TE Penn State

First year starter that has good size and speed with 9 tds

    4.Connor Williams OT Texas

Was graded as a first round tackle before he torn his knee. Williams as good quickness and length, but needs to work on his strength and needs more power.

    5.Martez Carter RB Grambling State

Mcdaniels loves having multiple backs in his offense if hes hired and carter is talented back from a small school that is shifty with good speed.

    6.Steve Ishamel WR Syracuse

Ishamel has good size and speed along with totaling 1300 yards and 7 tds.

    7.Drue Tranquill S Notre Dame

Notre Dame's defense was terrible, however tranquill was a bright spot.

I'm not sure if Harold Landry will be available in the mid-2nd. Also I know Connor Williams won't be there in the 4th. An injury can have you drop on team's draft boards but not 3 rounds. Besides that I like it.

Was doing some research and found this: Seems pretty accurate.

    Historic Success Chart

The numbers show us the following outline for finding consistent starters:

    1st Round - OL (83%) LB (70%) TE (67%) DB (64%) QB (63%) WR (58%) RB (58%) DL (58%)

    2nd Round - OL (70%) LB (55%) TE (50%) WR (49%) DB (46%) QB (27%) DL (26%) RB (25%)

    3rd Round - OL (40%) TE (39%) LB (34%) DL (27%) WR (25%) DB (24%) QB (17%) RB (16%)

    4th Round - DL (37%) TE (33%) OL (29%) LB (16%) WR(12%) DB (11%) RB (11%) QB (8%)

    5th Round - TE (32%) DB (17%) WR (16%) OL (16%) DL (13%) RB (9%) LB (4%) QB (0%)

    6th Round - TE (26%) OL (16%) DL (13%) WR (9%) DB (8%) RB (6%) LB (5%) QB (0%)

    7th Round - DB (11%) OL (9%) QB (6%) WR (5%) DL (3%) LB (2%) RB (0%) TE (0%)

    https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2015/2/20/8072877/what-the-statistics-tell-us-about-the-draft-by-round

Team needs bolded. Looks like OL is the most reliable 1st round pick. RB and DL have the same success rate. This does show that in fact that elite QB's  don't grow on trees. It's only 63% in the first round to have a consistent starter, let alone high quality or elite quarterbacks.

  3. Here's the transcript:

COLIN COWHERD: Now let me tell you the first three picks in the NFL draft. This is perfect. If these teams don't do what I say here, it-- they're *ic.

The first pick is Cleveland. You take Sam Darnold. Even though he grew up on the beach in California, he has sort of a Midwest ethos and a Midwest personality. In a cold division, he's a big, strong, physical, humble kid. He's got a Midwest ethos.

Go to Baltimore, go to Pittsburgh, go to Cincinnati. He's tougher, as they say, than a $4 steak. He's perfect for Cleveland. I know I'm saying that. He's perfect for Cleveland.

Josh Rosen should go, number two, to the Giants. He's coastal. He will not be overwhelmed by the sophistication or the pressure of New York.

He comes from some money. He's a West Coast kid. They vacation in the-- you know, the Nantucket region.

These are smart people. Not to say Darnold's not, but he's a big city kid. He can handle "The New York Times," "The New York Post," the New York media, the New York fans. He's like Eli. He can handle it.

And number three, Saquon Barkley should go to Indianapolis, who has the third pick. They'd be silly not to take him. We all know that every quarterback's better with a running game. Andrew Luck's been looking for a co-host in that backfield for five years. He's finally got one.

And let me tell you, if they draft Barkley, with Luck, write it down. Congrats, Tennessee, Jags. Your run's over. They'll dominate that division for eight years in Indianapolis. Because Barkley's a home run at a running back.

  5. UCF will hold a parade as the Knights athletic director claims a national championship for his program.

    http://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/21951014/ucf-knights-raise-national-championship-banner

    An excerpt from the article:

"UCF also isn't the first school to dispute a national championship. Alabama, for instance, recognizes 1973 as a championship year. The coaches' poll did name the Crimson Tide No. 1 that year, but voting took place before they lost to Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl. The AP voted the Fighting Irish No. 1 and Alabama fourth after the season."

    UCF national champs anyone?
