    Going off of the reports, it just sounded like they were committed to getting a deal done. Not sure what was said to Hunts agent before he left NO, but it felt like a done deal if all went well. Guess I was wrong for assuming there lol

    Yea we need the young guys out there now. He would just take away playing time from them, especially when it doesn’t feel like he will be apart of the future plans for this team

    They have JT as our 1, so that obviously mean we’re keeping him! On a serious note, the first thing that pop up in my mind is what in the world are we going to do with that TE room!? Going to be some talent cut

    Isn’t this what you would want to see against those type of players though? With your statement I’d be worried if he struggled against rookies and Ps players. I’m with you on looking at the joint practices for a clearer observation, but his current showing is very encouraging

    Definitely would like to see a little more from the defense. Probably will not get a true good evaluation of the defense until the joint practices and real games are played

    3!? Maybe he is drastically improving…Did not see his development going so well so early. Safe to say he for sure is checking the training camp box for readiness

    Sorry you are correct, he’s been here two years not three. I’m not completely disregarding him at all though. I am just looking at how crowded the room is today, and only going off of what Strachan has shown up to this point in the regular season. I’m ok with whoever we keep in the WR room, especially with having Reggie’s input in that decision

    Yea I’m not sure what happened to Perryman. I also noticed his name has not been thrown around as much as before

    If Amari Rodgers looks good and it’s a close race, I’d think it would be the better choice to go with him over Strachan. Seems like Strachan always fizzle out in regular season games with his 3 year sample size.

    Yessir, that is also where the variables come into play. Each side has very strong arguements

    Yep this right here is very valid. So can everyone also agree that with an unexpected change in the philosophy that you were drafted in, that JT feelings and emotions are also valid? I know if I worked my tail off for multiple years expecting to be rewarded for my hard work, then it was ripped from right under me, I would be somewhat emotional as well.
