Wide receiver coach, pass game specialist and offensive quality coach.
It looks like they are going to try to fix the offense this year.
-
I'm eager to see what is done about the QB and D line positions this
offseason.

Either you're in or you're out, I don't want anybody playing on this team that don't have the heart and soul for it.
See: Andrew Luck

i dont like ballards use of the word rebuild to man the roster. look at hoodie he never rebuilds for years, he just upgrades the roster each season to compete, and he gets talent any way he can not just through the draft. ballards method of manning the roster with draft picks takes years if it even works at all. with ballards there have been wasted seasons and our record is getting worse while the rest of our division have moved far ahead of us.
The "Hoodie" also video tapes the opponents walk throughs, deflates
balls and who knows what else to gain an advantage.
You need another golden bull to worship because this one is a mega cheat.

The unforseen Luck retirement sent the rebuild back a couple steps.

His injury history is awfully scary
He will end up in a full body cast in traction if he comes to Indy
with our injury history as a team.

A short list of things Ballard had to deal with this season.
1. A franchise QB retiring right before the first kickoff: check
2. An unseasoned young roster: check
3. A hall of fame kicker with an epic case of the yips: check
4. Another injury plagued Colts roster: check

I could be an NFL GM if I could pick my selections after the
draft in hindsight.........

The Pats are a regular NFL team when they aren't allowed to film other team's practice walkthrough's.
Soooo glad this dynasty is finally dead.

Luck doesn't have the competitive spirit anymore. He is enjoying
his life playing with his child and wife.
People on here are still living in the past of an ex girlfriend that
jilted them years ago. Move on and don't look back.

I believe they have to spend roughly 89% of the CAP for 2020.
As nice as that looks, Ballard still has and will plan for future resigns in 2021 and so on.
I doubt he goes all out and signs any big FA’s, and it’s probably wise when the Colts are not a contender in 2020.
The Colts aren't a contender in 2019, who knows what changes this
offseason will do for the team in 2020.

QB, interior D line in no particular order.

I disagree. The Colts are 6-1 over the last 7 games. Winning now is a far more important event than 5 spaces higher in the draft 5 months from now.
This game might not matter to you, but I'll guarantee you that it mean a hell of a lot to the men on that team. Every single one of them and every coach is playing for their contractual lives.
They should have played like it's their contractual lives the last 5 games and made the playoffs......
-
Probably gone next year since we are a running team and he can't block.

I will be rooting on my Colts after I deliver a used fish tank to my
friend in Tankville in my Sherman tank with a full tank of gas.
Go Colts!
-
Let's open up the playbook and win these last two
meaningless games.
-
Ballard likes to build the roster through the draft so a token win or
two at the end of the season only hurts our draft order.
Start Hoyer, sit TY and Mack and let's get a top ten draft pick.
I would much rather be 6-10 and miss the playoffs than 8-8
and miss the playoffs.

I honestly have to question if the staff really thinks that?
Or, perhaps, they simply may have blind loyalty to Brissett (whom they paid and repeatedly stated is "their guy") and doesn't want to embarrass him.
The staff will lose credibility if they are solid with Brisset. I for one am
not excited about about another Brisset led team next year.
-
A 4-3 defense starts and ends in the trenches, we have no push
from the defensive line.

1. QB
2. D line
3. You pick em'
Our first pick of the draft needs to be a game changer on the interior
of the D line or a QB of the future. I have seen quite enough of what
Brisset is made of and he struggles to play mediocre football.

You are right, Kelly should have played the 2nd half. But he could not, because the Colts always have him "inactive" on gameday.
The staff obviously doesn't think Kelly is the answer then. QB needs
to be addressed in the offseason.
-
Kelly should have started the 2nd half. Brissett was a 3rd stringer
in NE and is a 2nd stringer in Indy. He is what he is....

I have never had anything against the Saints until now. I want them to fail in the playoffs in a big way now.
Was Chuck Pagano really that bad of a HC
in Colts Football

I thought we beat this horse to death years ago. yes, yes he sucked.
He was way over his head from the start and Luck made him look
better than he actually was.
