  1. It showed up on my yt feed marked 3hrs ago. I looked into it further to realize this. Smh sorry I posted this.
  2. I just watched a YouTube video from bring the juice podcast they said Irsay showed up to camp today with his private bus and invited JT for another sit down. Anyone else hearing of this.
  3. When coach sees the oline picking up the blocking schemes and playing satisfactory, that will be when he let's AR take more of the reigns over splitting time with the Stache. Just how I see it. Gardner starts. And splits certain sets with AR5 until the line proves they're up to par...
  4. The state of the Oline is the biggest factor to how this offense will perform and a big factor in developing AR5.
  5. Let's hope it translates into GameDay success...
  6. I've been a Strachan supporter, I think he has great potential if he can get the reps.
  7. If we land top 3 I would definately try to get two lower first rounds or just more draft capital.
  8. All we need is another young RB at a cheap price for depth. What will make or break the run game this year if we can get the oline back up to par, and how quick Steichens scheme takes shape. I think we will also see some TEs and WR with some carries as well off mis direction. I more worried about the state of the oline than RB.
  9. The Colts aren't signing any top market RBs. Ballard made it clear part of not signing JT was the Oline and the new Offensive system have to be evaluated before he signs a long term RB solution. I think the Colts want to see what happens in house first before signing big names. We will ptlrobably get another young RB at a fair price. I think we just want see what we got and if we stink we will take our drafts picks and build from there.
  10. Agreed. Irsay may have his downfalls and flaws but I don't think he is ignorant enough or stubborn enough to cross the line of falsifying info. Maybe wording it into his favor. But if he did that would be conduct detrimental to the league.
  11. I don't believe the Colts would falsify this because that would be very detrimental to the team. I believe JT told the team and it was hush hush because they respected him and wanted him to earn and get back to health for the season. But then Taylor saw green and decided he wanted money over later and is threatening a hold out. So the Colts are thinking we did you a solid and kept the injury disclosed but since you are playing hardball we are going to play back. Touche Jim Irsay...
  12. My bad I thought the hold out was before his contract. I don't see why he's unhappy he got a pretty fair deal for a Nickle CB. It's seems to be a trend in Indy for players to look for top dollar when the performance and availability is always there. I can't blame Indy for handling this they way they have.
  13. My opinion is he will play reluctantly. Irsay pinned him in a corner where he has no choice but to play his way out of. If he holds out he will lose out on money and have to sign a smaller 1yr deal elsewhere to prove himself before he gets his contract. If he goes out and shows he is healthy he can be traded. The only risk for Taylor is if he does well the Colts might tag him then he is in a sit out situation again. He jumped the gun and forcing a contract. He should have waited a year. Colts might have signed him to a nice contract if he played well. If theybtagged him that would have been the right time to hold out. Now he is in RB purgatory.
  14. I like Jackson for short yardage, but I think Hull has potential and could be the hungriest to make a name for himself. The others have had chances. I want to see what Hull has.
  15. Taylor is right for wanting paid. But he jumped the gun. It would suited him much better to go out and play hard this year and show he can still do JT things. Then if the Colts tagged him instead of given him a contract he would have been right to hold out. Right approach but bad timing on his behalf. Now Irsay pinned him into a corner where he is forced to play his way out. If he holds out he won't get paid and will have to prove himself a year later somewhere else...can't blame the Colts for playing this the way they did. Kawa didn't do Taylor justice as an agent. What scares me is Taylor worried he won't be the same and was trying to land a pay day before he was exposed. He's a great player and I hope this can be worked out.
  16. Even if Richardson has a bad year I would go with Oline next year and make sure that that group is great with depth. Then if we do bad again you go get a QB when you know you have a good oline in place.
  17. This is true and why you pick and choose your battles. You don't do this to WRs CBs QBs DEs. But you can't have every position on your team playing hardball with and expect the Colts not to play back. Especially at RB. I truly believe if Taylor would sit downwith Jim and Ballard and say I'm not happy I don't agree but said I'll play it out. He would get a contract half way through the season if he was healthy and playing well. Impatience is hurting JT. I think he sees the organizations a suckered who over pay and thought he could bully and milk them. It's about time we stood up. We have overpaid on too many players at non skilled positions or with injury questions and got bit in the but. Wentz, Fisher are injury examples Leonard, Moore, and Nelson are position examples. We can't keep that trend going and build a competitive roster down the road.
  18. I'm pretty sure JT is denying because he doesn't want to lose pay. He didn't think the Colts would bring it up. The Colts have to have some proof or they would have never brought it up. Is was probably hush hush on part of Indy so Taylor wouldn't lose money and could heal and play this year out. But since he saw green and started playing with fire he got burnt.
  19. Nope I'm sure JT had some slight pain training and told the team as a safety precaution. Nothing serious. Colts weren't going to make noise about since it could effect Taylor's pay. Then this contract situation arose and Taylor started becoming un reasonable demanding trades or holding out. So Jim pulled the out the Non Football Injury card which I'm sure as some truth to it. It's the only leverage the Colts had over JTs threats. JT has no choice to play and play his best. If he sits out he loses money and his shot at a decent contract. His only option is to show up and ball out. Touche Jim smart move.
  20. I'm sure he told the Colts about it and in good faith the Colts were gonna let it go under the table. Then JT pulled his moves and the Colts said we got one for ya...
  21. My guess is Taylor told Irsay he would sit out if no deal or trade is made. So colts will put Taylor on the Non Football Injury list to recoup money while he sits. Touche...
