  1. Doesn't everyone do that? It's my favorite move! But seriously, I decided to rewatch all of ARs games again and my opinion hasn't changed. He really has some skills. I'm excited to see what he can do this year and I hope a second training camp really helps him since he missed most of his rookie season. Having JT back there will be huge. Two serious running threats. And I think all of the receivers we have would be enough. He needs to improve his decision making and passing accuracy, but I can say that about 20 starters in this league. It's a high bar. And I am concerned about too many hits and injuries. Should be fun to watch and I hope Flacco never has to play.
  2. Well, Purdue looked great today. Everyone showed up. If they can keep up that kind of intensity they will be a challenge for anyone.
  3. Now growing up in Indiana I enjoyed going to Turkey Run, Clifty Falls, fishing on the Wabash and the strip pits in the SW of the state. But I always felt there should be more. More wilderness to explore. That's why I love it out West.
  4. And I have mostly liked the Packers over the years. Football tradition!
  5. This conversation, although not on topic, is giving me a good laugh. I left Indy when I was 19 and don't get back much. After leaving I just knew I wouldn't move back - the country is just too big! I do prefer the mountains. Currently live in Spokane and went fly fishing the last 2 weeks. On the Coeur d'alene River in Northern Idaho and in the Yakima River canyon.

Seems to me that is the exact argument. Some say he will bust, others say he will break out. I say nobody really knows anything. Lots of opinions but as in most things in life we will have to wait and see.
  7. You think Bill would go to a team where the owner isn't likely to give him total control?
  8. I don't feel that way at all. I am interested in the development of AR. Other QBs being injured make no difference. I do understand seeing this as a "glass half full" situation where he has a chance to learn from the bench, but he is also rehabbing which just isn't the best situation. He needs time on the field, whether in practice or games, to really grow.
  9. My only disappointment with this season is the AR injury. Just not a great way to start your career. But even with Minshew it's been an interesting year and more wins than I expected.

Supremely talented. But a selfish mind.
  11. Me neither. Wondering if anyone would take the time to compile some data. Just seems like this year is very different.
  12. The playbook must have said for him to take a break on that play. He wasn't doing anything before the fumble. What if the run bounced out his way? Pathetic.
  13. I guess someone else thought differently.
  14. Seems like we need to decide if we want a long term QB or a short term RB. I am fine with an athletic qb that can run at times. But even Hurts is protecting himself more now.
  15. Just rewatched the game and focused on Freeland. He did a solid job. I am impressed with this whole game by the O line. If this keeps up the Colts will always have a shot. The defense was pretty stout too!
  16. It's great to see the team competing and winning. Still very early. I still don't care about wins and losses. Want to see AR develop onto a top tier QB by year 3. But I certainly wouldn't complain about a playoff appearance.
  17. I wouldn't care if he sat a few more weeks. No reason to rush back. We want him healthy for a long time.
  18. Josh really beat himself. He needs to rethink a few things about the way he plays or I don't know if he can progress to the next level. Just my opinion.
  19. I was surprised how Taylor got away with lining up in the backfield and jumping the snap count. He did it all night long. I hope the next team to play the Chiefs has a plan to force tge refs to call it.
  20. Maybe CB would want the best guard in the draft to handle the right side...
  21. So the really good teams: - Take care of the 3 games where they should win. - Still win a majority of the close/competitive 10 games.
  22. If people stop subscribing the price will come down. Why wouldn't they charge as much as the market will bear?
  23. I'm in the "not concerned about numbers" camp. I want to see growth and improvement over the year. Accuracy, decision-making, command of the offense. Really excited to see how he progresses.
