Think Morrison primarily played special teams, which doesn't seem like a great fit given his lack of foot speed either.

No chance he isn't that good otherwise we wouldn't have cut him.
We did cut Dion Lewis, and he turned out pretty good on the Patriots. Surprised we didn't at least re-sign Bates back to the practice squad. We just did that with Tevaun Smith again.

Got to be the squirrel.

Sounds like they should've made the first team though, especially Vinny!

That too. But Castonzo is owed so much money and is being paid like an elite LT, so you're better off hoping he regains his 2014 form. He hasn't been completely awful this season. He's actually played well in certain games like Titans, but he's had a few rough games that he never used to have prior to last season.

Isn't this like Vontae's 4th concussion? That's a bit concerning for his long-term health (i.e. life after football).

we dont know Ben will play against us..If he doesnt...we get that one..and I wouldn't be too proud to take it
Isn't he expected to start this week? I'm thinking he'll be back.

I think we have a realistic shot to win every AFC South game (doesn't mean we will) and against the Jets. Maybe we steal one against Minnesota or Oakland. I don't see us beating Rodgers at home or Big Ben.

The sad thing is, and correct me if I'm wrong, he got hurt by one of his own players....Glad his back for this one.
Yep. T.J. Green hot him in the end zone on an unnecessary roughness penalty I believe that was a Kelce TD.

Unfortunately, with Adams out, Colts don't even have the luxury. As bad as the defense has been, at least someone like Green is benefitting from an abundance of playing time. He's made some good plays, but also has looked bad in others.

1) Pass Rush
2) MLB's Who Can Cover With Speed
3) Starting Right Tackle
-
I wouldn't mind him as an offensive coordinator, but I think he's one of those NFL coaches who's always been better suited as a coordinator than head coach. See Wade Phillips.

They're only 12th in sacks, so this seems extreme. Hopefully, our replacements can fill in. We sure do miss Mewhort.

Obviously great news for the Colts defense against the Packers passing attack.

Just kidding!
This is really tough I would say:
1) Peyton Manning
2) Edgerrin James
3) Bob Sanders
4) Andrew Luck
5) Dwight Freeney
6) Marvin Harrison
7) Reggie Wayne
8) Jim Harbaugh
9) Tarik Glenn
10) Marshall Faulk
Honorable Mention: Marcus Pollard

Khalil Mack.
Odell Beckham Jr.

Makes sense for Colts to try to develop Clark at offensive tackles, as he has the length and tools to obviously play there--and it's harder to find good players at that position.
-
With all the weight loss talk of Hugh Thornton, this seems to have gone under the radar:
-
He had 8 sacks in 11 games. That would've been our team high. Yes, he's a DE, but Cards used him as a pass rushing DE in their 3-4 system and he was productive last season. I think our brain trust is too stubborn though when it's all said and done to bring him back.
-
As a situational pass rusher, why not?
Here's a pretty good take:
-
I just don't see him being accurate enough to be an NFL caliber QB. Is he fast enough to play another position?
-
Florida's defense was also on the field for the majority of that game because their QB couldn't complete routine throws and move the chain. That certainly didn't help matters.

Looks like Bell, Hill, McClure, Naff, Ott and Sarao were more recent additions.

He looked done last season. Maybe on the cheap, but I certainly wouldn't give him a lucrative contract.
