I love that pesky camel!

It's not Wednesday anymore. I'm a little late replying here. My bad. Regarding that talking camel, my nephew Matthew loves that commercial. He laughs & smiles everytime he sees it on TV.

Cooking and eating gluten free is hell, I tried it once for fun for two weeks just to see what it was all about as almost a fad diet experimentation. It was during a hot period in the summer and it was easy just to eat salads with meat and then WHOOPS, salad dressings can have gluten!!!!! I had to stop it since I found out my husband was going through fast food drive thrus in private and was starving.  

Most meat and veggies do not have gluten. The gravy and stuffing would be a problem though. And I hate any deserts that are gluten free, ick. I mean give me a real desert.

I am lucky I don't have to cook anything for Thanksgiving outside of making one desert lol.

Good luck Nadine! I am sure it will all come out terrific in the end.

I do feel for my niece.  Her digestive issues are tough.  I want her to have a nice thanksgiving. Here's hoping we chose well.  My daughters are baking pies today.  One will be gluten free. This feast is serious business!

Just put the Bratwurst on. I have 8 of them for today and tomorrow. I am pretty much staying in all weekend and away from the crowd. Next 2 nights will be Brats and Beers and Baseball watching.

I'm stuck in classes until 4:30 and I get to miss out on most of the "silly" things said today.

lol! I remember many many many years ago (BDT - before duct tape) my dads friend was doing a little (a lot) of fixer up and his home. The spacing between the walls - no paneling was a headache so he used masking tape. He taped the joints and painted over it and it looked great and it lasted many years.

wow, never heard of that use for tape! I finished caulking baseboards in one room, and painted them. They are beautiful!

So really where the T&G met up father's taped over it and painter over the tape. It worked!

I'm new to apple. Just got my first iphone. I like it a lot but not a fan of itunes and so far the icloud does not work properly for syncing all devices to the same contact list. ugh

I just have my kids take care of it, I find those things to be frustrating too

I am pretty good with technology. Generally better than my kids. The problem is that both Itunes and icloud are focused on getting you to give them more money. They don't make money when you load your own music......hence they make is really obnoxious

We also only have a light dusting up here in the Fort. So glad that your daughter is okay.

OKay, I'm officially had my fill of winter snow now. I can live without any more white stuff the rest of the year. Give it to all my friends instead. Besides, we are in the season of giving are we not? HA! HA! Just Kidding!

The only time I ate at White Castle was while stationed at Ft Knox I came up for the Indy 500 and ate there. I remember the statue in the middle of Indy, sleeping on the lawn think of a county or government building near the bus depot and sprinkler going on!

yeah , i like the beatles too.between me and my husband.we used to own a lot of beatles albums.yet we threw them away.most of our beatle albums were in mint condition.if i need my beatle fix.i go up on you tube.

Still have my one and only Beatles album. It's in really great condition because I think I only played it once and then not even fully after listening to I Am the Walrus.

I got rid of ATT, in part because I was sick and tired of the 'rental fees' for the boxes they require I have, in part because most of the channels were pay per view/subscribe, and in part because when I went to look at 'renegotiating' there was also a charge for that. Went back to basic cable and bought a dvr which is what I mostly use anyway. Antenna TV works really well for most of what I watch. Now I have an issue with one of my tvs not getting anything near an ok pictur...

when I view cable. So, I've got to go back to bright house and ask them to fix that. Wonder what they'll charge? The guy they sent here basically abandoned installing my cable modem because he couldn't figure it out. Wanted to charge me $50 for that anyway so I just did it myself
