No more sightings but, now I have an explanation for all the weasel sized tunnels in my back garden.  I have a creek behind my house and so far I've seen back there a ground hog, 2 foxes, and now a weasel.  Did you know that weasels are the smallest carnivore and that they enjoy killing so much that they kill far more than they can eat?  they've taken care of the ground squirrel, pine squirrel, and regular squirrel problem I had, I thank them for that!

No, I didn't know that weasels are the smallest meat eaters or that they often kill more than they usually eat. A cool piece of wildlife trivia there. Good luck slowing the little pesky menaces down Nadine. 

I'm ok with the weasel.  He's keeping the varmint problem to a minimum, which I appreciate.  I just don't want to run into the little demon!
