  1. Wow, they just quit on their season, in a year anything can still happen. Before they lost too to the Pats, this team was getting huge hype from the media as being a sleeper. Talked about way more than us.
  2. Oh, I know, I love how you break everything down too. Much appreciated! That gives everyone an idea where we stand. If I tried to break down every scenario like you do, this would be me
  3. I think it may come down to us and the Texans for the Division. That will be a huge game for this franchise and Ballard's resume if so.
  4. If Lawrence is out this week, I think Panthers win. They looked good against GB and beat the Falcons. We may actually win the division after all.
  5. I would leave it in the hands of Lawrence as in whatever wants to do. Tired of coaches and doctors trying dictate who plays or doesn't. If I was the QB of a team in a 3-team race, I would have to be in a wheelchair in order for anyone to keep me out. I would play, that is just me. Rivers played in the AFC Title Game back in 2007 with an ACL tear.
  6. WR - Rome Odzune should be our pick. He is projected to go mid to late 1st round. 6'3 210 pounds, 4.4 speed. He is strong and fast, good hands, and can even run on trick running plays. He reminds me of DJ Metcalf. That would be a hell of weapon to add.
  7. I think we have the better QB and Coach in this matchup. I am assuming Pittman and Moss both will play is another reason why I think we will win. Between JT and Moss, our run game should be back in form. Aidan did not do anything vs the Chiefs defense in the 2nd Half, matter of fact it was maybe one of the worst of the half's I have seen a QB play all year. Chiefs lost that game, more than Raiders won. They looked off all game. When we matchup with Houston, they will have the better QB, that game has me scared. Regarding your Chess terms, it will come down to the end game (4th Qtr). Steichen will have a Queen and a Rook left, Raiders will also have a Queen but a Pawn left as the other piece, hoping to get that Pawn across to get a Rook but it won't happen. Eventually, it will be Checkmate.
  8. Winning the division would be gravy. I just want to make the Playoffs. A lot of division winners get snuffed out early in the playoffs anyway. Being a part of that Final 7 is the main key.
  9. The way we played at Atlanta will have nothing to do with the way play the Raiders. This has been going on all season. Cincy stomped us and people were like, Minshew sucks, we are done. Then we turn around and stomp the Steelers who just stomped Cincy.
  10. My picks as of now: Browns over Jets Cowboys over Lions Bills over Pats Falcons over Bears Colts over Raiders Rams over Giants Eagles over Cards Bucs over Saints 49ers over Commanders Jags over Panthers Ravens over Dolphins Texans over Titans Seahawks over Steelers Broncos over Chargers Chiefs over Bengals Vikings over Packers Let the strategy begin for you guys - I wanted to take the Panthers so bad I can taste it, If Lawrence is out, I may switch it before game time. If Stroud plays vs the Titans, I don't see them losing.
  11. Nick Cross is good. Next man up, get em Nick!
  12. Raiders fans don't travel like Steelers fans. Aidan is MEH, and like you say most Purdue fans are Colts fans. I see an 80/20 crowd in favor of Indy here.
  13. I personally would have kept Leonard. Just for depth more than anything to finish the season because of all the injuries we have had. Leonard isn't what he once was but is still capable of wrecking a game or 2.
  14. @John Hammonds@Dingus McGirt@DEColtsLover36, what makes you think the Raiders are going to come in here and beat us? Just a question. I confident we win this game. Houston scares me a little because of Stroud.
  15. Yeah if I was picking with my heart I would have took the Lions. I am just being extra smart about my picks now. I think the Lions have a better team but everything points to Dallas winning this week. If they lose 3 in a row, i would be surprised. Dallas could still win their division if they win their last 2 and Philly drops their last 2. I don't see that happening but this has been a crazy season.
  16. I guarantee you we will win at least 8 games, that is what I predicted before the season. Hopefully I will be right
  17. You never know, it's a week to week league this season. We are 3-point favorites in Vegas already, so that bodes well. They haven't missed on too many lately and usually don't. That isn't a rich city for nothing.
  18. I have my Thursday Night and Saturday Night picks in: Jets 16 Browns 27 Lions 23 Cowboys 27 (I don't see the Boys losing 3 in a row) My before season pick, I had the Lions making the SB out of the NFC (Lions vs Ravens were my before season SB picks). This pick has nothing to do with that one though. Lions have already clinched their division, Cowboys have lost 2 in a row, are at home, and need this win much worse than the Lions do. The Lions don't have the tiebreakers over the 49ers or Eagles either, so it would be a long shot they get the #1 seed. Browns are a no-brain pick, a win assures them that they finish 5th at worse.
  19. Who has ever said that? We got a call that helped us. Usually we get the short end of the stick, the Browns game was a clown show.
