Thanks. Yeah, being more healthy. I've cut out red meat permanently. Sweets this month
So all I eat meat wise is fish & chicken
I've lost 40 pounds in just 2 months so progress is being made
I could never give up red meats !! Keep up the good work !!

I don't think a trade will happen for a WR, but I would like to see another vet brought in. Marshall with a Horseshoe does has my interest (if he is cut).

I like it !! win-win for all !!

Davis and Revis are both the elite at the CB position ! I am sure all Pats fans love Revis just as much as we love Davis, I am happy with having Davis as our CB, he hasn't gave up a TD since what ??? early 2013 ?? (except the probowl td to TY)

I'd take that draft !

This Walden nonsense needs to stop. I cannot understand what people have against this guy. He's good at setting the edge and isn't too shabby at rushing the QB. I mean...he's no Jerry Hughes, but really, who is?
Walden was brought in to set the edge, getting...what, 6 sacks is a plus.

For everyone in this thread who wants Grigson to stop "over paying average players and sign the top players" you might want to consider this.....
Go back in free agency and check how signing the top players worked out.
Here's a two word summation: It hasn't.
That's why Polian stayed away from it.
There are exceptions to every rule, but on balance, signing the most expensive free agents is a Fools Errand. It doesn't pay off.
Grigson is trying to build a team of depth, one with a big middle class. He always talks about building the best 53 man roster. And the more high priced players you have, the fewer middle priced players you're going to have and when that goes, there goes your depth.
I think that all FA's get overpaid somewhat, the more teams courting said player will drive the price up.
-
To me, that's the question. If that salary isn't guaranteed, I'm fine with him going. But Grigson talked about him like the staff views him as a major contributor, so I doubt he goes anywhere. Truth be told, he's not that bad, but his weakness in coverage kind of cancels out his activity against the run.
YES !! This is the truth !! Weak in coverage but is a tackling machine, which is what he was brought here to do, So is the coverage issue on him or the DC ? obviously, you can not predict what every play is going to be, but, should he be out there on passing downs ?

15 days untill FA starts !!

I would love Ameer. I believe he can be a 3 down back.
Only thing I don't like about him is the Fumbles, 23 in his collage career. Had 4 last season (same as coleman).

If you have ONE or TWO needs I agree.........
We have potential spots for 5...... we really can go BPA (in those spaces)
People draft that way all the time
If we were to draft a LT, LG (unless they have plans to move Mewhort), QB, TE, CB, C, K, P, or WR, as BPA in round one, I would be highly disappointed
I really doubt that QB,TE,K,or P will be the BPA at 29...as far as the other positions...why would you not take BPA?
-
If I could replace any coach it would be OL ! where is Mudd ???
-
OK, who would you replace Manusky with ???
-
it's hard to tell what the Colts draft board looks like, I always say BPA, but if the value is not there then trade, but I think noone would want to move up to the 29th pick, but then again you never know how the draft will go.....but I cant wait !!!
-
I would rather have Gore.

Guess it was using it for medical reasons in order to try to last a full season; CU Bradshaw.
Yeah, Sure, using medical pot will keep 300+ linemen from landing on your leg causing it to brake.

Collie ???

Not really a fan of Johnson, Don't really care for his long striding style or 6'3" size....He doesn't look to run with a lot of power despite his 6'3" frame, Solid receiver out of the backfield, Almost comes to a complete stop at times after his jump cuts (not as bad as Richardson in this category but I saw shades of it)
Looks more like an unpolished wr to me then rb
How is his blocking skills ?

BrownianMotion is NOT a Colts fan. He's a Patriots fan trolling for trouble.
There's no problem with Colts fans here. Just a New England fan who is stirring up trouble on a Saturday.
Yeah, I could smell it from another post earlier today !!

don't get a down feeling on pass rusher or any player in their first year in the NFL. The way I see it, you draft BPA and if they are good in year one that is great. IMO you are drafting for the future not today.

He is injury prone though.... I agree he was playing great. Just like he does every season until he gets injured. I don't think he has played over 10 games in any season besides maybe 1 year. That's injury prone. Good player when healthy though.
Only the last 2 years. http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/4305/ahmad-bradshaw
