  1. If somehow Detroit goes on a run in the final weeks, I apologize for jinxing it. I just hate how they have looked since the all star break and I am tough on them I admit. lmao But so many wide open 3's against them and Blake looks lost. They have had a tough schedule though lately.

Pacers schedule gets tougher though soon so you all got to hold serve here. The March schedules though for many of the teams in the east is going to be crazy, so........just hope for the best!

Did you watch him vs Buffalo in the Playoffs? He was 12-23 with 87 Yards passing and couldn't throw a 10 Yard pass with any accuracy at all. Yes he can be Good at times like his Stats point out but really bad at times by the way he played vs Buffalo = he is Average IMO. I guess because the Jags won, that just gets overlooked he was Bad that game vs Buffalo. They would've lost in Round 1 had Buffalo had any kind of Offense. They beat the Bills 10-3 and Bortles looked Bad. They were super fortunant to win that game. He is very capable of putting up a stinker is why I don't trust the Jags making the next step. You have your opinion and I have mine. We will have to see. I would be willing to make a friendly wager with you that they don't even make it back to the AFC Title Game. I could see them in the Divisional Round again if they win the Division, Championship Game - not sure?

Yeah he was pretty bad vs. Buffalo. It's hard to get a truly good read at times on Bortles. Sometimes he suprises me and then another week he has a clunker.

I don't really hate Bortles as much as many do though it seems lol.

Who I have begun to hate though is Alex Smith, I can't stand him getting my hopes up so many times. Dude is such a let down and overrated trash at times.

  3.

If true and he does come back, the Spurs suddenly could jump into contending status again possibly.

Also if Leonard hates it there that much and wants to be traded, it is a good time to show he is still healthy enough to potential suitors.

Brad Stevens said this past week that Gordon Hayward is NOT returning this season. I wanted him back lol but I approve of the decision not to rush him either. I would rather him be good to roll for next year since I like him a lot and want him to have a good career after a horrifying injury.

Well Coughlin won two super bowls with Eli. Eli has been good at times but never a top tier QB but wears two rings. The Jags are set up pretty similar to what the Giants were.

The Jags lost to the Patriots by 4 points in Foxborough. They are set up right now to take that next step and IMO the Colts are not going to be the team to get in their way next season.

If the Colts can't win the division next year or aren't ready, would be great to even just be a wildcard team to get back into the playoff cycle.

As of now I have no idea either. I will give the Jags their just due and say they are the team to beat in the Division. They won it last season so that is only fair but I have no idea how good we or Houston will be after the Draft and I know the status of the QB's.

Thats how I feel. I am giving the Jags respect for making it to the title game and being so close to even the Super Bowl. And they do have a defense that I think can give us some issues.

If Luck comes back healthy enough this year, I think at worst we split with the Jags.

I didn't like how Houston looked at all last year defensively.......

I don't trust the Titans either.

If the Rockets cant get by the Warriors this season I bet LeBron considers going to the Rockets strongly.

I have a few random Lebron thoughts. I doubt he goes to Philly like some hype up, he won't play with a bunch of kids IMO. He also won't move his family to Philadelphia.

If he goes to Houston it would be going to a veteran team so he would just kinda slide in there easy and be homies with them. That team could win it all.

If he goes to the Lakers.......I think PG goes too. And then here is where I get scared. What if Lebron tells Magic to trade some of the young guys to say the Pelicans for Anthony Davis or to the Spurs for Leonard? That Lakers team could become UNBEATABLE and the league LOVES to help out the Lakers.

I think so much for this coming offseason depends on what happens with Lebron and if he stays or goes.

I could see Lebron staying but he won't want to keep losing in the finals.

  7. Miami could blow it, they did last year. Still weirdly too many games left. Miami has been very solid this season though so I almost hate to see them blow it again.

Washington is the team I can't figure out. They love to beat the good teams and lose to the bad ones. And they always seem to play Boston and give them fits or rage. They seem better without John Wall too, will him coming back hurt them? No idea.

I still cringe at last years Celtics/Wizards 7 game playoff series. That was PHYSICAL and brutal. It was the series I think that ended the career of Isaiah Thomas sadly. He got a tooth knocked out and his hip knocked out and everything.

I think the refs swallowed their whistles a lot in that series to make it more exciting.

I will predict things once Free Agency and the Draft is over and once I know Luck is 100%. A lot can change from today until Pre-Season. I think getting Luck back and healthy alone gives us the potential of going 8-8. If we nail Free Agency and the Draft and players like Hooker and Kelly are 100% we could actually be Good. We lost 6 games by 7 points or less last season. If Watson comes back healthy, I see Houston being .500 or better as well. The Division will be Good this upcoming season if all the QB's can stay healthy.

Yeah I really have no idea right now. But I am higher on the Jags and Colts then I am currently on TN/Houston.

I had us only winning 35 games before the season started. Hated that we had to trade PG-13, never thought Dipo would be an All-Star or Sabonis would be better than Average. So if we get in and make the 7th or 8th Spot being above .500 I would say in mind we overachieved and had a Good season. We went 42-40 last season with PG-13, so if we can better that without him it's all Good. 43-39 will get us into the Playoffs IMO because I don't see the Pistons getting better. Pistons would have to go 15-7 to go 43-39 and they look like crap right now. The Hornets would have to go 16-6 to reach 43 wins - not happening either IMO. If we end up 43-39 that would mean we would have to slump and go 9-13. We are real safe folks on making the Playoffs. I give us a 90% chance as of now getting in if Dipo stays healthy. There is always that 10% chance we wont because of key injuries, so nothing is never a sure thing is why I didn't say 100%.

Pacers will be in the playoffs.

Pistons still have time but they have looked pretty bad since the all star break. I love picking on Detroit teams so.......I have tonight.

  10. Yeah that Nets pick looks good for the Cavs, but not as good as it did last year. Nets were the slam dunk easy worst team in the league last season. This year there is a whole pile of garbage at the bottom that can make many games unwatchable.

The lottery is gonna be fierce!

But if Lebron does leave I bet some will go into conspiracy again if the Cavs get the first pick in the draft this year or next year.

First pick in the draft doesn't mean it all though. Hello Markelle Fultz anyone? Is he still alive?

Yeah they got smoked tonight by the Raptors and are now 28-32 with only 22 left. Pistons may not get into the Playoffs. I cant really predict where the Pacers will end up so I cant predict who they will play. As far as Round 1 goes I really don't want to play the Cavs because of the Reffing. I see absolutely 0 way the league would allow LeBron in Round 1 to lose. That may be me just being paranoid but I have watched long enough to know how the league works. Not saying it's rigged but the league doesn't want LeBron out in Round 1 so he will get every call IMO. It really doesn't matter to me out of the other teams who we draw because I think the East is real wide open.

This is one of the worst Cavs teams I have seen in some time. The honeymoon ended after the all star break.

It's still a good enough team, but it's mostly a bunch of roleplayers around Lebron. Kyrie leaving really messed it all up since they have not been able to replace him. Kyrie was the one who could go off when Lebron didn't or was tired. Who does that now? Love is great but he is kinda soft at times.

I do agree the east is open.

Pistons are looking really bad though since the all star break, REALLY bad. So I can't see them making the playoffs right now at all. I actually feel horrible at times for Blake Griffin since he got stuck there. They just got pounded by Boston/Charlotte/Toronto in their last 3 games.

Theyll get in and give Boston problems round 1 trust me..

Pistons are straight up trash. The Blake trade was actually really dumb of them to do.

Celtics/Raptors/Cavs won't be losing in the first round either.

C's have Smart back so the D is back on track post all star break, Kyrie will also not be on limited minutes in the playoffs.

Raptors bench is ridiculously good. Heck I might even prefer them to the starting lineup they have.

Cavs have Lebron. Cavs are kinda shaky but Love will be back later which will give them a boost since they need another star player badly.

And at some point in the playoffs there will be the inevitable Celtics/Cavs series between Lebron/Kyrie which the league will want.

    Those are my final predictions.

  13. In all seriousness, no way he leaves the Saints at this point in time at his age. He is married to Sean Payton anyway and everyone knows it.

It sucks too, this postseason run could have been the best final chance Brees got. I will give him another shot though at it. Saints should go all in for one or two more years to try and get another ring for Brees. I mean assuming they can make game ending tackles and stuff.......

Article in first post mentioned Cleveland. RIGHT........sure....thats gonna happen.

I would be very suprised if he left the Saints and they didn't pay him.
