It’s interesting how many people hate Brissett now but didn’t say anything at all before he got injured...
I like this draft and could see Ballard bringing in a 2nd Round QB to compete with Brissett. Fromm seems like the right fit in this scenario. Leader, productive, high IQ, big game experience, etc.

I’d love to hear someone else’s thoughts on Bryan Edwards. He is being overlooked by almost everyone. High character, productive, tough, team first player. Which is exactly what Ballard wants from a prospect.

If I were the GM I would take Fromm in the 2nd if he is still available and bring in Mariota on an incentive laden deal. Let Fromm learn and grow without the pressure of starting. Have Jacoby and Mariota fight for QB1. Mariota was deadly accurate in college and has the athleticism to be a real threat on the ground. I think Reich could get the most out of him.

Hurts is gonna give you everything he’s got and is definitely a leader and team player. If Frank and Ballard believe they can help him get to the next level as a passer I would have no objection to taking him in the 2nd Round. He has tremendous upside and passion for the game and has the character and leadership qualities Ballard preaches about incessantly.

I don’t think Hilton, Kelly, or Walker are worth what you want to pay them.

Although I’m not sold on either player, I like Herbert much more than Love. So I’d go with “A”. Kinlaw in the 2nd is an absolute steal as well.

I’m In love with this team and our approach to playing football. I don’t think anyone wants to play us.

I believe Brissett plays well this year but passing on a great QB talent like Fromm would be a bold move.
In any case, I would be disappointed with a WR in the 1st.

@stitches Fromm has the ability to make all the throws IMO. It would be interesting to see UGA open up the playbook for him, but ultimately they don’t need to with the weapons they have at RB and their defense.
Do you think he lacks pocket awareness and mobility or was he not moved from his spot by the defense?

Jacob Eason looking real good for Washington so far. He was a no. 1 recruit before he lost his spot to Fromm in Goergia and transferred to Washington.
I think this Qb draft class might be something special. So many quality players flying under the radar

Cardale Jones is the guy I’d go after. Big, strong arm, and pretty mobile for how big he is.

On that note I read an article about Justin Herbert. I don't know much about him but it sounds like he has a lot of academic interests and seemed to indicate that he might be a risk to bow out of the NFL early because of them.
I need to watch Herbert. I literally haven’t seen a single Oregon game in years. He definitely has the size and leadership you like to see though.

Jacoby Brissett is a great teammate and I am very thankful he is a Colt. This season should tell us what we can expect from him moving forward. I’m hopeful he will succeed and lead this team deep into the playoffs.
That being said, this draft class is very interesting. Tua and Fromm have shown they’re elite and will go early. But there are so many QBs with huge upside also available. Eason, Milton, and Bentley can all play but have their issues.
Personally I’d be willing to give up quite a bit to get Tua. He’s incredibly talented and behind a good OL and with our QB friendly offense I think he would tear it up.
Milton is someone I hope we draft regardless of Jacobys play. He’s a TD machine and a winner. If he can recover from his gruesome injury he could be a steal. (There’s no guarantee that he enters the draft or is health). IMO he’s a wildcard worth taking a shot on.
What are your thoughts?

Beat me to it. In Lawrence we trust

I don’t know what to say. After all the love and support the fans have shown him he blindsides us!? Not only us but his teammates, the coaching staff, and the organization. Totally unprofessional and I hope his memory is completely removed from Indy.

Luck is basically Darth Vader. Anointed the chosen one, reckless play left him feeble and broken, and now he’s channeling all his strength and power to unleash hell on the league.

To be Top 10 you'd need about 1000 yards. That's only 62.5 yards a game. I am very confident TYs got this

Does anyone have any insight into his play? Never really focused on him but people on here seem to like him

Jackson has a quite a bit to learn before he is ready to be an NFL Quarterback but I really like the guy. He's shown steady improvement throwing the ball in each season at Louisville and I think he has underrated arm talent. I think he'll be a successful QB.
Josh Rosen will be the best out of all the QBs in this draft though.

My first reaction was to laugh but when I stop to think about it I believe this could work for both players. I try to see the best in people and I really hope Calloway can learn from a guy who was so close to throwing it all away.
Best of luck to both guys.

Is Bryan Edwards not a Top 20 WR in your opinion?
