I think it was a bad idea for Reich to go right back into coaching. He always looked stressed & looked even worse in Carolina.

Grover gets pressure up the middle & collapses the pocket. He isn’t a big sack guy, but very solid with interior pressure. This causes QB’s to rollout more & earlier this season, our ends weren’t wrapping up. Lately, I’ve noticed the pressure is coming off the edge much better. They are making the QB step up in the pocket & Buckner has been there to help close in the pocket. We’ve seen great development as the season has progressed. I expect it to be just as good with Grover back

Wow. I’m glad he let the cat out of the bag. He admitted it was always the plan for him to come in for the 8-9 games, start young players, & go on with his life. It’s genius. It helped us get a franchise QB without looking like we were actively tanking

Pretty solid mock. Like the depth signings. 2 things: 1.) I think Grover gets at least a 2 year deal. He’s 30 years old, but he’s very underrated. Prior to the suspension, I believe his projected contract was 3 year/42 million. 2.) If Kelly retires, we will need to sign a solid vet center or draft one earlier in the 2nd or 3rd round. We can’t risk having a repeat of 2022.

Let’s assume Lawrence misses the rest of the regular season. I still think the Jags win 2 of 5 without Lawrence given their schedule. The browns game is a toss up, but they should beat Carolina & Tennessee. That would put them at 10-7 with the tiebreaker over us. We’d need to go 4-1 & likely beat the Texans Week 18. Very possible, but a lot of moving pieces. It’s going to be a very interesting finish to the year

Watt left the game with an ankle surgery. I didn’t realize he returned & it wasn’t a significant injury.

Unfortunate for Pickett & the Steelers. However; that game is going to come down to winning the turnover battle & our run defense stopping their 1-2 punch regardless. If Watt is out, we should be in a great spot. He is bound to get 1-2 strip sacks on Minshew if he does play

It’s going to be an interesting draft for us next year. This draft class is loaded at OT, QB, Edge (along with WR & CB). It looks like 12-15 of the top 20 picks are going to be QB, OT, & Edge. A lot of good players are going to fall to us.

I want the seed that has us avoiding playing Miami. I do think we have a legitimate, but slim, shot at beating Baltimore or KC on the road. Tyreek Hill & JuJu would torch our young secondary

How does that work tho? The Texans have the tiebreaker over the Steelers. But, we have the tiebreaker over the Texans. Can’t remember exactly how a 3 way tie goes when the head to head is split between the group.

Yeah, much better that time in the red zone. That was a WILD game. We won. & now we should grt JuJu & Grover back for this stretch run. Hopefully, JT is good to go by the Raiders game to give us a strong DUO for those final two

A lot is off today. Play calling, run blocking & Moss’s vision, Minshew, outside run defense, etc This has been one of the strangest games I’ve ever watched to be fair

Steichen has thrown the WR screen a ton this year with a decent success rate. The RB screen not so much

This is odd. WHY has Steichen ran the same sequence of plays 3 times in the red zone. RUN, RUN, Pass. It’s hard to run up the middle that close to the end zone. End result is the same smh

That’s an interesting question. I think it’s just his clock being a little off. I’m not complaining tho. I’d rather him have happy feet vs standing in the pocket risking a strip sack like our past QB’s have.

Lol yes. Even if they are knowingly taking PEDS, his body had 6 weeks to adjust back to its normal function.

Good stuff Colts! Need to keep putting pressure on Levis. It’s wild how much bigger Henry is than our defenders. We need Grover back badly to let the outside defenders focus on setting the edge
