That's the problem. If you don't utilize his legs, he's not a great passer, and will probably never be.
He doesn’t even get hurt on normal or hard hits. It’s the weird or typical tackles.
It’s like it’s in his head to fall a specific way & it’s making it worse.
Designed runs are pretty safe. It’s the scrambling that has historically been the issue with just QB’s.

We are still a handful of good playmakers away from being a lethal team..but we are trending in the right direction.
Yuuup. At this rate, we need JT to make this offense truly explosive. Or trade him for a mid round pick & a starting corner/safety.
It sucks we lost as our entire division is now 2-2. All 3 division teams won. But, I didn’t even expect us to be in contention prior to the season. We should be pretty darn good next year with one good off-season & continued development at QB, LT, CB, etc
-
Not sure how we didn’t get one PI call. Also, Steichen take the damn points. Teams feed off seeing points on the board. Helps avoid a 2 point conversion

Man, throw some damn drag & crossers to get a legit first down

Could it be a tale of two halves? Let’s face it. It will take a miracle.
It’s not that crazy of a scenario.
March down & score. Get a stop. Go back & score.
20-10 or 20-14 with a quarter to play gives us a solid, albeit low, chance
-
Wow. Surprised our run defense is being torn apart right now. Thought we had that on our side at least

I was Confident all week Gay would struggle this week. It’s how the world works. He was on talk shows, had a lot of recognition, & likely in his own head.
That hurts. Colts needed something to go into halftime feeling good about lol. It’d be great if we could get a big stop here going into halftime

Wake up call. Now all the negative people that picked us to win 3 games can boast again if we do lose. By the way that wasn't a fumble by AR, his off arm hit turf before the ball came out - by rule he was down. Why Shane didn't challenge that is puzzling.
All turnovers are automatically reviewed. It should have been looked at further. I saw a fumble, personally

They’re definitely targeting our safeties. Do we not have any deep threats on offense. What is going on. We have a cannon at qb and not one downfield throw.
Not sure if Steichen trusts our OLINE or the WR’s. We haven’t taken one shot with ARICH all year I don’t believe. Odd for sure!
We switched sides of the field, so maybe this will be our chance

Well, that's essentially game over. AR is fast and strong, but he isn't a smart/instinctive runner.
He shouldn’t have fumbled. But, he is a very instinctive runner lol. Have you seen him run?

This can get out of hand. All the time with one bad play; changes everything.
Speed set the tone for sure here. Bad momentum.
We look horrible right now. DLINE is playing like a college team with no push. Thomas looks lost at Safety.
A LOT of pressure on the offense here
-
Wow. Can’t play any better defense than that on 4th down. Pass rush needs to do something & we need a little luck

Blake got destroyed, love ARs pocket awareness.
Yeah, I imagine Donald will do that all game. Steichen should not let that happen. Put a TE over there to help chip him.
Everybody is worried about the designed runs, but that is what will help us keep this rams front on edge.
-
I just don’t understand how professional players lack so much awareness. Hope he got chewed out by Bradley

That has me PO’d. Game-changing play. Dang *

I’m curious on how much the CTE settlement has affected the strict guidelines of the NFL concussion protocols.
Is it possible players just have colds/allergies vs. it always being a concussion? I have had both concussions & colds during this time of the year. The headaches, fatigue, ringing in ears are common symptoms of both.
it just seems that everything is labeled “concussion symptoms” nowadays

This is two games in a row he’s been hurt. Sustaining a concussion in his second game is absolutely not a bright outlook. We want this guy to be here for 10-15 years. He’s gone two weeks and already sustained an injury that stacks. With all we know about concussions at this point players who sustain multiple concussions in their careers is going to be a thing. Is he going to get 6-8 concussions and play 10-15 years?Absolutely not.
But you’re right, already racking up 1 in just 2 weeks isn’t an issue whatsoever. Whatever was I thinking? No one gives a % about head injuries anyways.Yes, it’s frustrating. But, you’re being dramatic lol
It was a designed bootleg run & he got hit LATE. That could have happened with any QB other QB in the league. Did you expect him to slide at the 1 yard line??

Steichen didn’t help this game. Deon Jackson killed us.
But very positive showing overall from the defense & ARICH. Richardson played better than expected. A few mistakes & off throws were expected. Too much pressure for him to go down the field in the 4th to win the game.

if our rookie qb looks bad we may be in line for caleb williams
I think he’ll be fine. I’m really excited to watch Richardson this year. He has superstar potential
But, if not - we have a huge decision to make. A LOT of talented QB’s coming out this year to choose from.
I’ve never seen this much depth at QB in a draft class:
There is a legit debate that any of the following QB’s could be first round picks in 2024.
Caleb Williams
Drake Maye
Quinn Ewers
Bo Nix
Michael Penix Jr
Shedeur Sanders
Riley Leonard
JJ McCarthy

I’m curious as to why a player can’t be removed from the PUP or designated IR once they are traded. A new team should get to choose how they use that roster spot. Things would be much easier with Taylor if that was the case
-
It’s possible Taylor’s personal issue helped give him the same epiphany Barkley had. Maybe (hopefully) he’s over the drama & media talk with some life perspective

Considering the fact that no Team has won the SB with a top 5 RB in recent times, I’m not worried about. In fact, I’d try to fleece Carolina out of some picks for him. We all know Reich is stuck in the 1970s of football
Dalvin Cook is a top 5 RB & is still on the market.
I doubt a team would trade assets for Taylor to pay him even more than Cook.
I love Taylor. I hope we keep him. But, he does have little leverage right now. The demand is so low with no teams wanting to pay their RB’s.

Hope we get a few of these players with our 5th round picks… a lot of talent at the top of the board right now. A handful of starting-caliber Safeties & TE’s left
1.) Henry To’oTo’o ILB
2.) Darius Rush CB
3.) Antonio Johnson S
4.) Israel Abanikanda RB
5.) Luke Wypler C
6.) Will Mallory TE
7.) Zach Kuntz TE
8.) JL Skinner S
9.) Eric Gray RB

I’m worried the Titans are gonna move up to 3 to draft Stroud.
According to the odds,
it’s going to be
young
stroud
defensive player
Levis
Carter
We’ll see.

Steichen called a good play, but we need to think about the “what if’s.”
Much similar to Staley, they seem to bite the team in the butt.
