Jags run appears to be a short one. The next couple of years will be very interesting.
Jags with Lawrence 3-14, 9-8, 9-8.

Imagine being a jags fan.
I don’t have to imagine. I was a Colts fan 2 years ago.

Who thinks Vrabel will move to the Patriots?
Interesting thought.

DeMeco Ryans may win Coach of the Year.
He’s done a great job, but I’d give it to Stefanski, with that carousel of QB’s.

That’s a long way to stretch.

That’s some conservative play calling right there

I completely agree!
And yes. But the bills will somehow get the 2 seed after tonight, and draw the wattless Steelers
Without Watt, the Steelers will be powerless! 😁

If Jags and Bills win to keep Steelers out, coupled with the Colts having beat the Steelers this season, I will feel the days of the Steelers good fortunes are behind us.

Still tons of time left in that game. Jags are down two TDs but there is still 3 min left in the 3rd quarter. Trevor was drafted #1 for a reason.
We shall see. 5-11 teams do find ways to lose.

You're rooting for the Steelers?
Good gosh NO!!!!
Just saying Steelers need Jags to lose, so we know they will lose.
if Colts won they would need Jags to lose to win division, so we know Jags would win(as a pessimistic Colts fan).
Since both Jags win and loss can’t happen, the Steelers get what they need and the Colts get the benefit of the Steelers never ending luck.

I don't know about that. If Jags don't win, to get may not make the postseason. If they lose, the Steelers will make it in.
The Steelers positive influence would outweigh the Colts negative.

Not gonna lie, Jags losing really amplifies last nights loss.

Am I the only one that noticed Will Anderson being 5 inches offside every snap including the last 4th down
I mentioned it twice in the game day thread. Perhaps after it happened in the KC game earlier in the season (a high profile play), the refs were directed to not call it. That's just a guess based on how many times WA lined up offside and how he seemed to be getting further over the LOS as the game went on. I am assuming they never even warned him such as "hey, you're getting too close."

Only reason I want Jags to win tomorrow, is it would add to tonight's loss knowing I could have attended a home playoff game next week.

Absolutely no way with the playoffs on the line do you bring the backup backup running back in and throw a pass to him. Jeesh not only do you not go with Taylor but you also left Moss on the bench. It was 1 stinking yard! I wouldn't have blamed Steichen in the least if we ran there and got stopped. We'd been giving them the business on the ground for much of the game. We got too cute in that moment. Yes Goodson was open, but #1 he's the backup to the backup so Im sure he was nervous, and #2 Minshew was missing most of his throws the whole game. We had barely picked up any of our 3rd downs for the whole game. We should have lived and died with the run man on the 4th down play. I don't like the taste of how we ended this loss.
Feel the same. I can handle losing, but losing in this manner is tough.

How far do you really think we would go in playoffs?
Not very, but having an extra game would have been nice.

Season on the line and we throw it to a practice squad running back.
That's the confusing part for me. The play was there, but expecting a 4th string running back to make a pressure catch like that is too risky.

Real sour taste to end an otherwise unexpectedly good season.

Thought short live, but on replay it's toss up. I don't think they challenge & if they do, it's not overturned.
