..say what now? It's quite obvious who was responsible for getting this team to the SB that season and the playoffs last year. This guy is delusional.

No chance the Colts would go 0-for with Dungy. He actually woulda made sure of some necessary adjustments and I don't think he woulda started Collins. Three beatdowns in a row, the players are clearly intense about winning but it has to be the fruits of something bad.
Dungy was great at half time adjustments if we came out flat in the first half he would make changes and more often than not the team would come out strong in the 2nd half. I just don't see that with this coaching staff they keep trying the same things over and over with no success. That isn't the way to coach, IMO the whole staff should be replaced in the off season.

Not nearly the worst team but probably the most surprising. We were thinking hometown Superbowl not too long ago.
Might have been a reality if Peyton was playing. He sure did cover up alot of this team's deficiencies.

Isn't it the HCs job to motivate his players, adjust the gameplan to the situation at hand on the field? Caldwell does none of those things. I feel like throwing something heavy at my tv everytime I see Caldwells "deer in the headlight-look". I don't question his personality, but I question his ability, or lack thereof to motivate and COACH this team.
^ This. Caldwell is just a bad coach pure and simple. We should have won the Chief's game but his inability to adapt and adjust on the fly makes him incompetent. The whole coaching staff needs to go after this year especially the DC.

The window of opportunity for another championship has not only closed but slammed shut. This is the worst Colts team I've ever seen and to those who think we won't get the 1st pick I don't see this team winning a game anytime soon. Draft Luck he's too good to pass up.

This is the saddest day in my long history of a Colts fan. We might have one of the worst coaches in the league, and people are so blinded by homerism that they dont see it. Look, I read someones excuse for Caldwell that a bad coach doesnt lead a team to the Superbowl. Well, that was his first season. He still had coach Moore, who masterminded this offense, and coach Mudd, who built a great o-line for Petyon. So please stop acting like Caldwells coaching expertice was the reason we went to the Superbowl again. Oh by the way, we lost the game and we were up by 10. The truth that everyone needs to wake up to is that Peyton is old. He might come back and win again, But we just dont know. What we know for certain is that Caldwell is a joke, this defense cant win us games, and our offense will only be as good as you saw it today. That is the future of the Colts if the front office doesnt do something. And yes a bad head coach has taken a team to the superbowl.His name is John Fox and I still cant believe this man has a head coaching position. Denver sucks even worse now. he has an overall record of 78-74. Thats not horrible but it is bad.
Amen Caldwell was along for the ride when the Colts went the the superbowl and was out coached big time. I think this guy is worse than Jim Mora and he was pretty darn bad.

He's a good backup but nowhere near the talent level of Rogers. I think we should * Luck up if we get the first pick which looks like a very real possibility at this point.
Imagine being Jim Irsay right now.
