  1. This may have been mentioned already, but the Titans are down to their 3rd string LT, lost their best linebacker Jayon Brown and their best edge player Clowney to IR and might still be without Adoree Jackson. It will be a war of attrition. May the best wounded animal win.
  2. I am hoping Pittsburgh has home field wrapped up by the time we play them and they have their foot off the gas. But, getting the win this coming Sunday is the only thing that matters at this point.
  3. Any chance we get him back after the bye?
  4. I am hoping, against the Jets, if we jump out to an early lead, they switch back and forth between Taylor and Wilkins and keep them in for complete drives. Like they did Taylor last week so each can build an equal amount of familiarity with the Oline and see how each stacks up when the game is still on the line. Who knows, maybe Wilkins will break out like Mo did last week.
  5. Just going off PFF numbers through 2 games, not career stats for offensive linemen. Not sure what criteria they use to grade run block vs pass block. Just saying PFF has Glow and Q rated much higher at run vs pass through 2 games and AC and RK graded the opposite while Braden Smith is in the low 70s for both run and pass which is a good score on both - just through 2 games. That may all change as season goes on.

I hope so. I grew up near Ft Wayne, life long Colts fan. Lived in TN the last 25 years. Be nice to see the Vikings hang a loss on the Titans.
  7. 120 attempts for 683 yards. I think his career average ypc trails only that of Robert Mostert over the last 2 seasons.
  8. May have been in garbage time, but he has averaged 5.7 yards per carry over his 3 year career.
  9. Wilkins is better at making people miss and yards after contact. JT is a rookie so, hopefully, he will get better. He only caused 2 defenders to miss last week and averaged 3 yards after contact. He just needs to be more patient and let holes develop.
  10. They have Glow as 4th best guard and Nelson as 6th best guard. It looks like they both have almost elite scores as run blockers and average pass blockers. Kelly is a good pass blocker, but a very poor run blocker for some reason. Smith is good at both pass and run. AC is much like Kelly in that he is good at pass blocking, but poor at run blocking. If Kelly could work on his run blocking we could gut defenses with Taylor and Wilkins. Speaking of Wilkins, he has a score of 81 through 2 games. 9 higher than Mack and 16 higher than Taylor. He needs more touches.
  11. I saw that, in terms of yards allowed and earned on defense and offense combined, PFF has the Colts at 4th overall.
  12. 94.8 grade which is the highest single game score since Gronkowski in week 15 of 2017.
  13. Just saw that PFF had them both on their offensive team of the week. Glowinski was best RG week 2 and Mo was best TE week 2. Mo actually was given the best offensive player overall. Nice to see those 2 get some love.
  14. Good pick. No drop off in run game when Mack steps out for a few plays. Just made our strength stronger with an elite back that can take it to the house on any given play.
  15. I can’t remember the last time the Colts beat Rivers. Glad he is with us.
  16. 34: Gallimore, Blacklock, Madubuike (in that order) 44: Mims, Raegor 75: Claypool I just have a feeling he is going to double dip at DT & WR. I still think he will get a TE in FA. That we free him up to go CB and OL with 4th & 5th pick. LSU has a 6’6” TE that could be had in the 6th or 7th. Maybe take a flier on that QB out of Hawaii in the 6th or 7th.
  17. It was a sarcastic nickname, I hung out with three guys that were motor mouths and I didn't say much in comparison. So they came up with Chief Many Words.
  18. Don't know what happened. Funny thing is my nickname in college was Chief Many Words.
  19. LOL, thanks man. I haven't even been listening to the nashville stuff this afternoon, but I definitely will tomorrow. I think it may have been the host of the Thom Abraham show on 95.9. Can't wait to hear him tomorrow, The main thing that * me off about what he said was how he was implying the Colts players were soft and faking injuries due to the recent losses. His exact quote "its amazing how much tighter your hamstrings get when you are losing" Well, close to exact. Talk about bad karma.
  20. Yep, they may have mentioned Mathis as well. Maybe Freeney. But definitely Cato Junes, and Sanders on defense. And Clark, Wayne, Peyton, and Harrison on offense. Also mentioned Polian and Dungy. Sorry, I was just casually listening while driving home and heard bits and pieces and the general overall attitude of the talk show host. Its one I generally don't listen to. I'll make sure I find out and post it on here on Monday and let you know the station, talk show name, and host name. Can't wait to here what he has to say now. I didn't really notice anything out of the ordinary with the
  21. Well, if you read my original post, you would see that it was the talk show host on one of the radio broadcasts they have on in the after noon. He's around 70, so I guess he would remember the old days. BTW, it was a Titan radio talk show host, not a Texans fan. It wasn't the morning show, or the midday 180, or the 3 hour lunch. It was the one with the old guy that runs in the afternoon. Not sure why you are getting so defensive with my post. Are you calling me a liar? I was listening to Nashville talk radio on the way home from taking my son for a checkup and heard the analysts being exci
  22. Don't remember any exact quotes, it was on Tuesday or Wednesday I was listening. But, to paint a broad stroke. The only person they fear is Luck. They said our offensive line, defense, Pags, and Grisgson are horrible. Pags and Grigson are nothing compared to how Dungy and Polian were. They said Dungy wasn't the best coach, but he was a good leader. Said Polian knew how to draft. They were talking about how they remembered there were always 5 or 6 guys Titans fans could count on from the Colts to hurt them. Peyton, Marvin, Wayne, Dallas Clark, Bob Sanders, and Cato June. Now, they fear
  23. are as overconfident as the local Nashville sports analysts. Never heard them so giddy. Guess they have every reason to think its going to be a blowout seeing as most of our average players (which is pretty much the best we have) are organizing a mash unit for this weeks game.
