    I have:

    Washington over Texas

    Michigan over Alabama

-I am not betting on either game though, staying away from that as these games are too close to call.

I think Bama wins and Texas wins so mine is the opposite of yours lol. But I believe both should be good competitive games.

Yep.  When I moved to Lagrange, Indiana when I was 15 it seemed 9/10 people were IU fans and they were cocky at the time.  I decided to go the other way.

Nice lol. I have always liked Matt Painter. I know they had a few early NCAAT flameouts the past few years but I think he is a very solid coach. I think this Purdue squad will make a deeper run.

I was happy to see Purdue beat #1 Arizons and to see Dayton win.   And the Hoosiers losing was nice too.

I didn't watch any of the Purdue game (same time as the Colts) so I was trying to find a recap.  Nothing on ESPN, I watched sports center for a half hour before they even touched on college basketball and it was the women's game they talked about.  #3 beating #1 doesn't matter I guess.

I was excited yesterday because the Colts and my Wildcats played on the same day at the same time. Funny thing though is both games were on CBS and the Colts game was shown locally so I didnt get to watch the Kentucky game. But was excited both of my teams won!!

Purdue is looking really good! Best team in the country right now in my opinion

    They've far exceeded expectations already.

Agreed. If you would have told me before the season we would win AT LEAST 8 games I would have said no way that will happen. I think most of us would have been shocked if we won 3 or 4 games. But we may end up in the playoffs. Unbelievable

    Richardson: 7/12 for 67 yards, 1 INT

    Levis: 5/7 for 50 yards, 2 sacks + 6 rush yds

CJ Stroud: 2/4 passing for 13 yards, 1 INT, 1 sack + 6 rush yds

Bryce Young: 4/6 passing for 21 yards.

It’s almost like they are all rookies and need some time before we claim anything.

Wrong. Everyone knows if a player is good or bad based on their first rookie action in their first preseason game. We know players never improve beyond what they show in their first preseason game.

I find it so funny how everyone is going out of their way to elevate this guy and his play.  Venturi raps up game by saying how impressed he was wtih Richadson. ha  What a joke. You mean the guy who threw a terrible interception and threw a number of balls either too high or off target?  Sorry, just because we spend the number 4 pick on a QB and HOPE he becomes good doesn't make him good.  He is and will always be what she showed in college. Which is he has great athletic skills.  But he makes bad decisions, has terrible ball placement, and is inaccurate.

I have never, ever seen a running QB who played one year of college football, have a losing record, barely completely over 50% of his passes, get into the pros and become a good passing QB.  No Josh Allen didn't play one year of college football. Sorry.  I have been a Colts fan since they were in Baltimore.  I love the Colts.  But I am not going to drink the Kool-Aid and just because the guy was a high pick, cheer about how good he is.  If Sam Ehlinger had that same performance, we would probably say he should be 3rd string.   It was a wasted pick, he is going to be a terrible failure as an ACCURATE, GOOD DECISIONS NFL QB, and I will look back at this 2-3 years from now when they have to clean house as him being what finally took it down.  It is too bad, because I think Ballard is a good GM and I think Steichen could be a good coach.  Gardner Minshew is clearly as better all around NFL QB than Richardson, but Irsay won't allow that to happen.  Sad.

Oh well, Art Schlichter needs company as a bust #1 QB pick for the Colts :)  Richardson will never come close to be anywhere near Jeff George's overall career.

You gotta be trolling. Honestly I kind of hope you are trolling and dont really believe anything you just typed out.

I think USC wins it all, was 1 game and 1 Williams injury from playoffs last year in year one of Riley, he has brought in enough quality to fix the leaky D.  4 new D line starters who all transferred in and  started for other squads last season.

The O will miss a few stars like Addison and Dye BUT brought in even more in Dorian Singer who led Pac 12 in receiving yards for Arizona last season and Marshawn Lloyd who was South Carolina leading rusher (Not to mention 3 starting O Lineman who started transferred in and also started at other schools last season).

Riley has become king of the transfer portal and the debate is definitely out there if it should be this way in college sports BUT no denying what he has done in record time.

Agree that USC will be tough. Interested to see how UGA will be with a new starting QB.

Colds defense missing Moore and Blackmon. So with young starters on defense this isn’t surprising. It would be a concern if Richardson was struggling.

Part of me wonders if its Richardson getting better or we are just gonna have a bad (or below average) secondary. We will probably find out more with the joint practices coming up.

Obviously its encouraging to hear that Richardson had a great day and seemingly a decent week at camp. Hope it continues
