Isn't that the truth! Some coaches/particularly Pags, create a family within a team. Losing that family member is tough...especially if he/ (she in all sports)has given the team all the had! Good luck to the many Colt players cut and injured as well as the 700+ players on the unemployment like come the 53 man limit cut.

Pink slips never fun to receive or hand out either. Being at the other side of that management tables comes with it's own unique set of headaches, heartburn, & humility.
