Who did we 'trade back' with? It will matter as we would get varying value if we traded back a few picks or 10. We would have to go back at least 6 or 7 spots to get a 2nd and a 4th, right?
Houston, KC, Denver, Giants...Cleveland's 33rd pick... Those are the most probable from what I've read in this forum. Maybe we will land a trade that gives us more picks...
-
Houston or KC (If Watson is still there) Denver if McCaffery is still there...Possibly Cleveland...
-
Cash you outside the 3rd round...how bout dah.

Great man? Ok....
Of course, people grow, change... get anyone going in the right direction and they then can be changed for the better...Colts have a great organization to be involved in that process.
-
18 years old... Racial Slur... Woman assaulting him... Forgiven... but would place benchmarks in his contract to keep the colts protected...and mixon on the right maturation path to being a great man and hopefully a great professional running back.

Only way I would draft a RB in the first two rounds is if we trade back and get another 2nd. Draft Lamp, Ramczyk or Dawkins in the 1st-2nd and then a RB in the second (McCaffery, Cook, Mixon-I understand that they may not be there in the second round). I would have to have a stud Guard or Tackle first. I am tired of drafting the flash w/o first solidifying the thunder.
Cheers

For an extra second...or mo...trade back. Draft to deep not to trade back.
-
If we just signed Bostic LB (Gulp) then switch out your first 4th rounder with Nazir Jones or Ryan Glasgow DT... We good.
-
Foster in the 2rd Williams in the 3rd...Our D would be smoking at this point. Trouble is it is weed they be smoking.

I don't think Wilfork will make too much of a difference. Bouye will definitely hurt, but it's a CB heavy draft, and I'd bet money they will draft a replacement for him in the first 3 rounds, if not the first 2. They are also getting Watt back, so they still are going to be a big threat.
They no longer have Brocky-Top the Colt Killing Machine Osweiler. We should be good. 2-0
Houston you have a problem!!

- The Colts aren’t ruling out drafting Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon or any other prospect with an iffy past, according to rookie general manager Chris Ballard. “Look, guys make mistakes,” he told reporters, including Zak Keefer of the Indianapolis Star. “Tune out the noise. I don’t care what everybody else thinks and their opinions are. (We want to) make our opinions internally, do our work internally … it’s a case-by-case basis, and when we take a guy with issues, we have to have a plan for him to work. We have to have a plan for him to develop in-house, a plan for him to develop as a man.” Ballard also assured media that the Colts are going to take a best-player-available approach, saying, “Look, one thing we will not do: If there’s a player around (that we like), even if we’re loaded at the position, we’ll still take the player.”

Dorsett to Cincinnati for a 3rd or 4th... please. Replace with ~Ryan Switzer in the 5th.
-
I would be trading out...getting Houston nervous about another club (Chiefs) jumping up to grab Watson...maybe get another 2nd out of it minimum.
RD1: Lamp OG
RD2: Wilson CB
RD2: McKinley Edge
RD3: Brantley DT

Fournette is the only RB I would consider drafting in the 1st. If he fell to the colts, then another lineman (Dawkins, Lamp, Asiata, Magnuson, Feeney, Elflein, Johnson, etc. would need to follow in the next 2-4 rounds.

Dawkins G, McMillan ILB, Davis OLB, Lawson DE, Williams DE, Mixon RB, Baker S, Wormley DT, Adams DT...
