  1. Thanks! It was a bit earlier than I would of taken him, but I like that Dan did trade down and do it, rather than just take him at 42. I can work with McBride and Austin. We'll have to see what happens the rest of the draft!
  2. Thanks WarGhost! I need to look over the Colts and see what Dan did with them. I know who he picked, but I know he also did a couple trades, so I need to figure out where I'm at and strategize lol.
  3. I'll also go as many rounds as everyone wants too. So it's up to everyone else to decide if they want to go further in this mock draft.
  4. I had some internet problems. Read all the picks that went, and I didn't see Marcus Jones go, so I will take him unless I missed something. I apologize for not having a list ready. It went out around the 84th pick, so I had no idea around that time. So with the 96th pick of the 2022 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select Marcus Jones, CB, Houston @NFLfan again, I apologize for missing the pick.
  5. I was thinking we may trade down in both the 2nd and 3rd round. That would allow us to get an extra 4th and 5th IMO. That would be 9 picks, and probably about what Ballard wants in this draft. We could then take 2 WRs, a TE, an RB, and an OT with 5 picks, and spend the other 4 on defense and possibly a QB if they wanted someone that fell a bit that could be developed. Curious where Ridder and Howell fall too. I will be keeping track of them on day 1 of the draft.
  6. It's less obvious we will get a guy who will contribute immediately because our first pick is at 42 instead of 21. We may go with a Watson or Pickens, but we also may go after someone like a Ridder, Howell, or a OT that's not a guarantee to start immediately. I truly believe we are more at the mercy of other teams and whatever Ballards board is this year for BPA. Bell was already taken by the Bears.
  7. Fun pick here. I was saving him as a super sleeper later on. Hoping the Colts go for him in the round 4/early round 5 pick range when the draft comes next week.
  8. I'll be following it on here and also watching it on TV. Normally I watch NFL Network every year.
  9. I would be willing to take him in the 3rd round, but that's the earliest tbh. I'm lower on him than Ridder and Howell.
  10. Yeah, that's when I would hope your GM in real life would probably pivot from the CB position in round 1 in that scenario and take another position. Generally fans of a team have a more need-first approach to the draft than the actual scouts and GM. We'll see what you do though. I'm guessing Stingley will be there at 12.
  11. Everyone has CB as a need for you. Whenever I look at a Mock Draft, they have the Vikings taking Stingley at 12.
  12. I'm here. Looking forward to the rest of the draft! Nice pick! Good value with a 6'4 receiver with jumping ability here!
  13. I believe Sam Williams had an off the field issue, otherwise he was considered a 1st round talent. This is a case where it depends on what all the teams think of him and where he goes. Wide range for him IMO.
  14. @NFLfan I traded the Broncos 6th round pick (206) to move up from 75 to 73. Every other pick I still have (including 96).
  15. Cool cool. So it worked out for both of us. I got to choose my guy for an extra 6th. I had a hunch there lol! Kinda like Ballard with Jonathan Taylor moving up 3 spots in the second to get him!
  16. Little confused here. Were you taking Hall or did you just have a backup plan in case I stole your pick but ultimately I didn't?
  17. Trade up was a bit lopsided, but I was afraid of the Cowboys or Falcons sniping me with that pick. Cowboys lost Gregory to the Broncos, and Falcons need an EDGE. Also, neither took an EDGE so far in the draft. So I had to protect myself. If Hall works out, losing a 6th rounder means nothing in the long run.
  18. With the 73rd pick of the 2022 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select, Logan Hall, EDGE, Houston Broncos get a solid EDGE that can fight for starting time right away with Von Miller gone and in case Randy Gregory misses time. Bradley Chubb has one year left on his contract, and Hall could be a full-time starter next year.
  19. Well, Tigergate is because Bengal Tigers hunt Buffaloes, and I'm from Colorado, and we have the Colorado Buffaloes here, and I'm picking for the Denver Broncos lol. Muma being from Wyoming and a bison I didn't consider lol!
  20. With the 64th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select Chad Muma, LB Wyoming Broncos get the best coverage LBer in the draft and my 45th ranked player on my draft board.
