Yeah I hear what your saying. Then again the Jags seem to have had good young talent for years now and never make consistent strides forward. I think Lawrence is really good but I don't think they're gonna become the Bills or Chiefs next year suddenly. I think we can still compete in the division.

To be honest I don't think it's a massive leap to challenge for the division next season, Jags won it with a 9-8 and if we hadn't shot ourselves in the foot numerous times last year we'd have had several more wins.

AR has been labelled boom or bust from the very start so you would think that after the entire scouting process that the Colts must see more evidence to suggest he's a boom than a bust. It's common knowledge so you'd like to think that it was a big focal point of discussion before he was drafted.

How much would it suck to be that "but one" at the moment!

Joey Fisher was another guard projected to go around 4/5 round and went undrafted too.....maybe it was wasn't a very good class this year in the eyes of GMs

Once it came down to AR or Levis I was cool with either tbh.....both need to be worked on but AR probably has the biggest upside. Whichever of the two was picked it was going to be polarising to the forum.

So from what I can see from what's been said here then the Texans aren't interested in any QB not named Young?!......if that were the case then why wouldn't they have just traded up one spot to 1, they have plenty of draft capital......kind of feel that's a bit of smoke!

Pretty long winded way of saying "I don't know". I think sometimes people are so desperate to maintain the image of being in the know that they're too scared to simply say "I don't know!"

Maybe because they seem to like both AR and Levis, from what some sources are saying, is the reason Ballard is happy to stay at 4. They get one of them either way......it's pretty much generally accepted Stroud and Young go 1 and 2 so if no one trades with Arizona then they have their choice of AR or Levis and even if someone trades to 3 they still get one of the two. Only interesting scenario will be if say Panthers go Young at 1 and Texans surprise everyone by going Anderson at 2.......would the Colts then trade to 3 to get Stroud?!!!

I guess people knocking this are frustrated because of the lack of other signings. Because let's be honest, the Colts have proven in recent seasons that unreliable kickers cost games.....no one is caring about his price tag if his kick sends us into the post season.
