  1. Glad the Colts waited on a potential release before making a decision. Will be interesting to see what happens next.
  2. They won their first matchup earlier this year on opening night. They’ve only gotten better. I think it would be a great matchup.
  3. Overly infuriating watching them.
  4. Touchdown here and they’ll go back to their strengths - running the ball more. Looks like Lamar after 3 quarters is finally starting to settle in. Hopefully it isn’t too late.
  5. Yeah - exactly. Guess will see. Glad change is being implemented. I think Gus staying had some contingencies based around better accountability towards positional groups. Coincidently enough the groups that had the newest coaches (Oline and Offense) showed the biggest improvement over the year. Hoping the new guys that get brought in bring more aggressiveness and better development skills.
  6. From all accounts it would seem he is headed for Philly.
  7. Seems like Tony is pro Mahommes today…. GO BILLS!
  8. On a side note - I’ve always wondered if fans (this forum specifically) consider the Super Bowl the Baltimore Colts won part of our heritage (putting us at 2) or just a write off since it didn’t happen in Indianapolis.
  9. THAT. That was the game where my disdain for Sirianni started. Impetulant little child. Always brings a smile to my face when the Eagles lose lol.
  10. Remaining teams I’m rooting for: - Bucs (only for the eagles game) Bills, Ravens, lions
  11. No one is pulling for them! Manifesting a BIG loss. Hopefully lol.
  12. That looked terrible. He looked out of it.
  13. Dak is legitimately shook right now. Sad. BIG changes in the BIG D next year Shhhhhhhhhhh. Don’t give the detractors logical responses like this.
  14. saw this play yesterday with the Texans yesterday too. I want it too with the Colts. I NEED it. lol
  15. Guess it just goes to show the parity of the NFL and how quickly things can change. You think the old dogs have it figured out then two new teams come in and shock everyone. keeps me hopeful for us next year!
  16. It’s a losing battle friend. It was a slobber fest yesterday in the Super Wild Card Weekend Games Thread. Plenty of folks putting down AR while crowning CJ as the next coming of Christ. I for one think CJ can ball. I also feel we got a guy with AR. Both things can be true. The crux of the conversation however is that folks don’t like to rely on hope. Hope isn’t tangible. Hope isn’t NOW. It only gets exacerbated by the fact people have doubt in Ballard to get us where we need to go after 7 years and an oft injured QB (so far) People are itching for success. All these conversations and a dedicated thread to CJ (while pushing down AR) are a reflection being unsure about our own team. Silver lining is that this should add some fuel for Ballard and especially AR to do some serious cooking for improvement to not let the Texans or the Jags to run away with the division. The competition will be no joke.
  17. Guess my angle is even though AR showed promise folks are still clamoring for CJ without adding any additional context that they hope AR gets to that same level too. just seemed liked people already conceded that we got the lesser QB. Ultimately folks can and will feel however they want. It isn’t that serious and it isn’t a hill I’m going to die on. Just an observation.
  18. Oh, there’s been some cheer like you said for AR. However, A few clicks on what page you’re on in this thread and you’ll find prisoners in the moment saying we should gotten Stroud instead. In hoping AR gets there and yes CJ is good. I just see from a mile away buyers remorse from fans (not that we had a chance for CJ) if AR doesn’t blossom like we hope next year.
  19. Yeah this thread is littered with doubt about what we have and glaze for what Houston has. I know where not to go next time the Texans play lol.
