Lol Like I said in another post, GMs are on borrowed time. This is not some 25 year investment portfolio, 401k stock option plan. The typical GM, who is not in ownership or a Belichick, gets an average of 5 years to right the ship.

Nonsense. Ballard and any other GM want and are constantly trying to build a Championship team. The problem is Ballard’s philosophy, and blueprint for building the Colts isn’t working.

That’s why I find it easy to look at the current state of the Colts and know it’s 100% on CB. Not on Grigson or Andrew!

Just curious, in your opinion, how many years does the 6th best GM in football get, to make the Colts a playoff contender? Lastly, when does the Luck excuse run out with Ballard. Honest questions and no pun intended. I just want a Ballard guys opinion.

Yes, you’ve stated on more than one occasion he’s the 6th best GM in the league. Hopefully, that translates to a division title, playoff wins soon. The clock is… Year six of the Ballard train.

We get it, you love Ballard. I’m fine with that. However, your embarrassing yourself with the Pro Bowl stuff. I see two or three All Pro, currently on the Colts roster. Not enough to make the playoffs. A roster with to many holes after five years. 2022 doesn’t look good IMO and I’d like to see a regime change. If, that makes you mad, so be it.

You lost me at 7 Pro Bowlers. Kelley and Moore And the team couldn’t make the playoffs with 7 Pro Bowlers.

If, you think the lack of FA signings is what is bothering most Colts fan, I don’t believe it’s the case. It’s the current state the Colts are in. If, CB wants to build through the draft, that’s all fine and dandy. However, this roster has a lot of holes and it’s year six of whatever Ballard is constructing. The wheels are falling off.

They have a de facto GM. It’s called the owner. Bad example!

This is Ballard’s roster, not Grigson’s. It’s all on CB and logical. Ballard’s had three seasons to address the QB position. He chose either a band aide or went a cheaper route. That’s why the Colts are where they’re at now. And the roster, simply is not good enough without an elite QB to go very far, even with the luxury of two seasons of a weak schedule. Bottom line, year six and we’re still in rebuild mode.
