  1. the limit is up to 4 tickets right? Geniune question, and im hoping i can put faith in fellow colts fans if i do get this opportunity, but if by some miracle i get to the front of the queue and there are 4 tickets available, me and a friend are going, but if i can get 4, would 2 people on here want me to get them - they would in all likelihood be slim pickings, probably either super cheap or expensive ones, but would anyone be interested? Again, its a low chance, but on the off chance i get that opportunity, whos in?
  2. I'm not expecting to get a ticket, but I'm holding onto a glimmer of hope. 30,770 now - wish me luck boys and girls.
  3. 33,629 ahead of me now. My worry is the stadium is only 51,500 capacity, thats a lot of people ahead of me - and i have no idea how many people Ticketmaster initially let in before the queue starts. If they all buy 2 tickets im toasted.
  4. I might have got lucky, there are 35,470 people ahead of me.... I MIGHT get a ticket, if im lucky.
  5. Today's the daaaaay! (In my best finding Nemo starfish voice) Good luck to all of us Europeans (and any of you US based folks who are trying to get tickets to Frankfurt! May we all place fortunately in the random queue in a couple of hours.
  6. Everyone who pre-registered got that email with their code, all that does is get you into the waiting room for the sale before they go on sale, and then once they become "live" for sale, everyone who is in that waiting room is placed randomly into the queue. So essentially you gotta get lucky to be early enough in the queue that you will have an opportunity to buy tickets. So essentially, the more chances there are for anyone to get early in the queue, the more chance to actually get tickets. I myself would certainly be interested in 2 tickets if I dont get the chance to buy them myself if I am placed too poorly in the queue, if anyone else on here gets lucky enough to be in a position to buy them and could spot me that would be awesome, but they go on sale at 12:00 CEST next Tuesday, which is 6am Eastern time in the states, so you would need to be in the waiting room on the link they will send us on Monday the 10th - before 6:00am to get your random spot in the queue, so i get it if not that many of you guys who are stateside are able to help in the effort to get us some tickets.
  7. I mean, the obvious 2 are RG and CB, and there are some serviceable guys out there that could help for 1 year as stop gaps. Risner at G would be interesting, and Apple, Darby or Peters would be interesting at CB for one year, even if only to help bring the rooks along and be serviceable for this year. Ultimately I dont think there is anyone who is "exciting" available that would be open to coming to the Colts right now though... Hopkins certainly wouldnt be coming here and he is the only real "spicy" player left on the market that we would be interested in or have a "need" for. Dalvin Cook is great but not needed Jadeveon Clowney is meh Ngakoue is meh Kareem Hunt is great but not needed Jarvis Landry is meh
  8. I never played it on release no, but i heard all about it. I gave it about 6 hours of play time a year or so ago, it didn't seem all that much better, but i know it's the kind of game they would need more time to get a true gauge on it.
  9. Nerd break I am looking forward to Starfield, but I am nervous. It looks awesome, but there are some reports that have me worried that it is going to be a bit overhyped as this huge and in-depth game, but in the end, wind up being a shallow experience. For instance, it is reported that only 10% of the planets will actually even have life on them, and there are no vehicles to explore the planets... so either they are going to be very small planets, or have a restricted area that you can explore on them..... or there is going to be an insane amount of walking.... I'm hoping that it is really good, but i'm not getting my hopes too high. Nerd break over I think we will struggle early, a lot, and people are going to lose their minds. AR will show flashes of brilliance - and equally show those rookie boneheaded mistakes, which may look a lot worse for a while longer with him, seeing as how inexperienced he is. I've delved into what I think is enough research on him to see that he has the tools to become something special, its just whether or not he will ever put it all together - and it may take some time with him so we all need to be patient. I think he will start off pretty bad, it will be ugly, but by end of October or November he will start to show flashes. I think he wont really start to show anything where we all start to think "Ok, here we go - this is our franchise QB", until towards the back end of year 2, but if we are all patient enough, he should show us who he really is eventually, and i think that is a franchise QB. In answer to the original question, I think we go 4-13 or 5-12 this year.
  10. It's impossible to know what the salary cap is going to do in 5 years' time... to put it into perspective, the contract that Andrew Luck signed back in 2016 (making him the highest paid player at the time) was a 5 year, $122.9m ($87m guaranteed) contract that had an average annual salary of $24.6m. That is "only" about 7 years ago now. In contrast, the deal signed by Lamar this off-seson was a 5 year, $260m contract... literally more than double. And obviously you have the insane Mahomes contract that was a 10 year $450m contract in the mix as well. The point being, if we are only looking at $60m per year in 5 years time from now for superstar franchise QB's, id be surprised.
  11. If it is just the one year he should consider himself the luckiest * on earth. This could've easily been "he's expected to be suspended indefinitely".
  12. I mean.... this seems pretty cut and dry, he even admitted to it. How is it taking this long for his punishment to be decided?
  13. Id like to see you play at an all pro nfl level with a broken foot and high ankle sprain. Big Q most definitely gets the benefit of the doubt here. And if his play has declined, its because he hasn't / won't fully recover from that injury... not because he's lost it or is bad.
  14. Wha... what is this thread? I'm fairly certain that if you are passionate enough about the Colts to have an account on this forum, that you aren't going anywhere if we have a bad season with a rookie QB and a rookie new head coach.
  15. With Nelson, you have to give him the benefit of the doubt that last year was more injury based than him dropping off. You don't go first team all pro 3 years in a row through luck.
  16. You're more concerned about Nelson than RG?....erm...
  17. 3 wins isn't totally insane, it could absolutely happen. I think we'll do better than that, but it isn't all that crazy to suggest we could go 3 - 14... until this team proves otherwise, we're still the dumpster fire that we were last year, and at best we are a total unknown with a new rookie head coach and a rookie qb who according to all experts (pretty much universally) needs a year or even 2/3 before he starts to show what he can really do. My hopes are high, but expectations are low.
  18. I'll never bag on him or say he wasn't good and I have nothing but love for the man, but Pagano wasn't that good a head coach. He wasn't terrible, but he didn't really give us an edge or advantage in any game. A defensive minded coach, and our defense was awful year after year. Luck really did carry him and Grigson for as long as they were a head coach and a GM. Frank staled towards the end, but he generally was good and had a good offensive plan most of the time, came in and made creative game plans, you could see it. Not sure what happened to that after the first few years, but for one reason or another it all just sizzled out with Frank. But in terms of who was the better head coach, it was Frank. Put it this way, if we never lost him, i'm not convinced that Frank wouldnt have won a superbowl with Luck.
  19. He was Ballard's poster boy for delayed gratification in a draft pick. Here's hoping!
  20. Proof that he definitely didnt click on the link lol.
  21. As it stands... Probably Brents or Rush, or a mix of the two, which is a bit of trial by fire for the young kids.... I also wouldn't put it past this coaching staff to stick Kenny Moore outside more though, not exclusively, but a bit more.... which I am not particularly a fan of the idea of. Unless of course we bring in another Vet, which is definitely not out of the realms of posibility, the list of available guys have been posted a few times, but the only ones that intrigue me as a 1 year filler at the position for us are Marcus Peters (maybe id give him 2 years) or Ronald Darby, supposing he passes all physicals etc. The rest of the available guys are just "meh" and id rather develop young players than bring anyone else in.
  22. This is the same link as a lot of people had already registered on, but thanks for sharing again just in case!
  23. God no. We have to do that here in the UK to watch the premier league and it's disgusting. AND you still don't even get to watch all of the games as the majority of matches arent televised on UK TV for licensing laws. N. O. No.
  24. Glad to have you back and great to hear you have recovered and are doing well! It's certainly been an interesting off-season for the Colts, especially considering the direction our last few have taken. Let's hope the Colts have made the right decision, I'm cautiously optimistic in the Richardson pick, even if it doesn't pay immediate dividends. He just seems like a kid who had his head screwed on, with the right attitude to succeed in the league. Here's hoping!
  25. I'm not sure it's his time for it yet, but I'd love to McAfee in there. And of course his good ol buddy Vinatieri. Let's show the ST some love! Kickers are people too!
