  1. IMOP The Texans are more than likely to run against the colts to keep Andrew off the field. They do not want to get in a shoot out in this game. The Texans are aware of the cb situation for the colts but would rather run clock management in this one. The promblem with the colts are no matter who plays at cb if you cannot put a little pressure on the qb your corners will be non effective. If the colts can contain the texans qb who likes to scramble and put a little pressure on him and play tight on the wide outs, Then the corners will be extremely effective but then you have morrison he is the one that concerns everyone here.

    haeg played LG.  not LT

when haeg moved to rt, harrison came in at lg

and i was just trying to help.  seems like a lot of people don't know who is actually playing when the colts are on the field.

Wrong again I asked a simple question on who replaced haeg at LG my bad on LT, I know reitz got hurt and was not aware he got replaced until late in the game when I saw haeg at RT and then was trying to get a number on the player replacing haeg. So before you jump down peoples throat maybe they have a reason for asking.

    it was harrison.

for future reference.  the players have numbers and their names on their jerseys if you want to check out who is playing on the field.

by the way i was asking who replaced haeg at LT did need need a smart remark

  4. someone just hit it on the head most routes the colts play are designed for 10 to 20 yards down the field, they are not interested in the short game and for that reason the short game does not work, the colts do not work on it and also sub a player package for such plays any team that see a different player package from the colts usually knows the colts are not running the traditional 10 to 20 yard routes, and are on top of the play before it even starts.

The fans have 2 choices here.  It is either rebuild with the current GM and Coaches (We should already be there after 5 years) or rebuild with a new GM and Coach.  I find the latter much more preferable.  Grigson and Pagan0 have had 5 years to get us on the right track and we are right now a worse team than in 2012.  That is unacceptable.

I agree but I would prefer a new GM right now let the coaching staff get this year out of the way, see if their any changes in the players for next year. right now a lot of unknowns on young players playing.

  6. I watched the game and did not see to much motivation on anyone parts during the game. WR just was not getting open when they were luck had happy feet, the coaching staff seems to get away from the short game, Always looking for the home run. luck trying to make something happen and making mistakes. the O-line was not at all good, and the opponents TE again was the colts worst nightmare.

  7. To many players still learning their positions, not enough on the basic fundamentals of football. The players are frustrated, I do agree players need to shut up and do their jobs. As for coaches did not agree with retaining chuck and grigs, But the colts cannot keep bringing in new coaches when things get bad. The fans are just going to have to kick back and relax this year and root the best they can. see what happens in the off season. I for one do not want to see this coaching staff get blown apart again, their fore luck would have to learn a whole new system. you do not get to SB this way. Chuck needs to put on his big boy pants and get the best out of this team. That means no excuses go and esacute. I know better said then done

  8. You got Haeg in the 5th, and got good in the 7th it takes time but I think its a good experiment. AC is a different story the chiefs just had their way with him yesterday.

Does anyone know who took over at LG when they moved Haeg to RT was that Blythe, Did not see any flags on the LG

Andrew Luck is a sucka. I don't know any other way to put it.  He just doesn't have the fire of Manning/Brady/Rodgers/Ben.  He's basically Eli Manning.  We must accept this.  I get so tired of his "I let the team down"  crap.

Man get a grip you will not win a game if you put every game on Lucks back. you have the leagues worst defense. the O-line has not worked together very long and still I have not figured out why this coaches think they need to throw it 50 to 60 times a game. when you can run throw some slants, This team just comes in for a paycheck and that is it

  10. Better figure out how to fix this defense who is allowing to many points. stay with the game plan again when you have a RB running 4.5 to 5 yards a carry and the defense you are playing are a top ten against the pass. and your game plan is to throw deep on almost every play, this is the reason why luck is getting sacked 4 to 5 times a game

  11. Even if Moncrief and Anderson practice and cleared I believe they will see limited action, I was impressed with the WR corp from last week they held their and did make some crucial catches. Also Anderson really needs to get injury free if he is to make it the entire season. as for Jack if he is not ready move reitz to LG for the game, Good at RG and Haeg at RT

  12. I think some of you had better look at some of the games where Good was at RG and Haeg was at RT, Gore was chipping away almost 4.7 to 5 yards a carry their were a couple of promblems but that is to be expected and this is really good considering good was a first year starter at RG and he was pushing people down the field 5 to 10 yards and did not stop, it takes times we have 2 rookies and two 2nd year starters on the O-line a heck of a lot better then what we have had in the past. I just hope clark and blythe turn out to be half as good,  Then you will have your run offensive line. I will say give this guys 2 or 3 more games together then grade them.

  13. Just wondering myself McGill has been a backup or rotation from what i did see from the young man yesterday he does demand a double team, plus he has a good bull rush. hope he gets a few more reps and see if this is not a fluke

  14.  anytime the colts get into panic mode up by 8 to 14 pts they go pass happy and forget they have Gore who can chip away 3 to 4 yards a carrier. Saw in yesterday game as in the games before. for some reason the coaches think they have to start passing on downs when it is not necessary. The colts finally have some sort of running game not a great one yet the O-line are opening a few holes and the coaches hit the panic button.

  15. Yes a win is a win and i will take that any day, still do not understand the prevent defense in the closing minutes of games, The senseless penalties.  What was the deal on delay of game with 2.25 left colts had the ball does no matter they were taking it to the 2 minute warning

They go on 4th down. No way they leave it a 2 score game with around 2:48 left on the clock. So they had to hold one more play if they make a "routine tackle."

I agree make them use the clock and call timeouts and lack of spacing from players and allowing a player to cutback to the middle of the field lack of tackling is inexcusable

and I'm wondering if it's Luck calling out of run plays into pass plays or they O is just getting pass happy. Hard to tell.

IMOP I think he is going by what is called because if he is calling out of run plays on 3rd and 2 then someone needs to sit him down because the right side was dominating the Houston defense last night for 3 to 4 yards a clip. That what I could not understand Gore was doing some good cutbacks but in the 4th they decided it was time to go and start passing the Houston defense was playing a run Blitz but their are plays the colts have to get out of that situation I am sure, like pitches or screens. 3 step drop slants. But not 15 yard hitch or out patterns.
