It's not a glitch. They were removed. It probably has to do with the fact that people don't like their serious posts being responded to with a laughing emoji. The other two were removed for similar reasons. Leaving the thanks and like provides a quick way to like the post. If you don't like the post you will have to write a response of why you don't like it. Then that can be responded to. So on. Which makes sense for a forum. This isn't social media where we are searching for likes.

This is what I have been able to gather and assume through reading last night and this morning.

Then remove the "like" as well, we aren't searching for them after all....lol.  oh well.  On the bright side, it does make the place more difficult to engage with in dangerous scenarios like, driving or something like that where quick buttons enable shorter intervals between reading and response.... so that's good?

Please hear this. All the criticism with the Davis signing is not ALL directly to the player. It is geared towards what the player is known to do. Davis is a space eater. He primarily absorbs blocks to allow the backers to tackle, etc. We already have guys that primarily do that or could find those types of guys later in drafts or udfas.

We needed a combo player. the ones who can still do what Davis does but also can pressure the passer/backfield. This player does not have a history of doing that and we really don't have any players that can consistently do that as well from the DT position so to us that have critisism, we should have given that money to a more versatile DT. That's it.

A DT that can do "both" costs a lot more than they paid Grover and Davis combined..... you are talking about a Buckner, Haynesworth, Sapp, type DT....  those guys don't get picked up in FA lol

Some good points. However, thus far, Cross has shown nothing. Seemed he could hardly get on the field.  Then near the end of season, he did see time, and his play was nothing to write home about. Could easily be unseated or replaced. Some here are expecting Cross to start? Not ruling that out, as a slim possibility? But if they bring in decent competition, I don't Cross starting. Wouldn't be shocked if both Cross and Thomas end up training camp cuts. I did not think Harrison showed as much as others here do, We still need another NFL caliber LB... and I haven't seen his contract details yet? So I am not assuming he came that cheap?

Huh?  Cross a training camp cut?  The guy is like 21, and ascending in experience, performance, consistency.....  he's cheap as dirt and barely had a chance to develop beyond a normal first year.

He's been around for like 20 years. I know what Joe Flacco brings. An old QB who needs a clean pocket. Something the Colts have a very hard time providing. Before Cleveland acquired grabbed him in desperation nobody even wanted him. And sorry, this forum is not only for positive feelings and Colts cheerleaders,

Where's this "trouble keeping a clean pocket" coming from?  2022?

Here's my question - how do you evaluate the season this DL had last year? Where would you put them in the hierarchy of the league? When we call it solidified... what is it solidified into? Elite? Great? Good? Average? Mediocre? To me this DL is somewhere between average and mediocre. I.e. not good enough...

More pressure from the DL on passers than ever for us, more than any year with Freeney and Mathis, more than any year with next to zero blitzing.... and overall, avg. Runstopping....  would be slightly above avg. I think if a few things went out way (no Grover suspended, JT able to grind first downs all year long to help keep D off field....

    And it's how horrible?

Hines complained and didn’t want to be here.

No thanks! Although I don’t blame him having to play for Frank

Hines like you said, didn't complain about Indy....his beef was being shoved up the middle on first and second down 150 times a season.

He's also currently still busy looking for his kneecap I think

Colts would have a cap hit of  6 million for Fields. Guys in Chicago love him in the locker room so not sure I would chance anything on a divided locker room.

Guys who are loved in locker rooms generally are not the same guys who cause divisions....

It's not like some are just gonna say, hey I like AR.... but I like Fields a little bit more....

Minshew was so inconsistent in his play and missed open receivers often..

That being said, he still is one of the best back up QBs in the league. Colts are going to need a good backup. I wouldn’t be surprised if we only get half a season season out of Richardson consistently.

A lot of people get upset when I say that but let’s see how next year goes. If Richardson plays in more than 10 games, I’ll say I was wrong.

You say half a season, that's 8.5 games.

Hen you say he has to play in 11+ for you to be wrong?  What happens with the 2.5 game spread? Lol. I wouldn't make many bets with you that's for sure!!

With Minshew going elsewhere (if Irsay didn’t like Wentz he certainly not going to like Minshew) and the hate he got here… are we going to stick with Mr. Ehlinger as backup and maybe he’ll have his time to step up to see what he can do? Who do we get?

Sign?  Who knows.  And where do you get Irsay not liking Gardner?  If anything hey are both cut of the same cloth lol

Next season will be HUGE for Richardson.

Let´s say he runs into another injury that puts him on the sideline... then what?

This season, Knee, Concussion, shoulder = 4 games and then season was over.

Ballard said multiple times in his presser that players need to be available and stay healthy, so when hearing on Richardson and that he won't change his playing style, that was what sidelined Andrew Luck and made him retire way too early.

Richardson needs to change his playing style, bc if he don't... we are 2 years away from drafting another rookie QB.

Regarding Ballard and his words about cap flexibility, I hope that means that we will make some great additions to the roster and especially sign a playmaker or two.

If Richardson changes his style and who he is on a FB field, then we likely need a new QB now.

I get the shellshock, but asking a massive young QB to not do what it is that makes him "special" is a glaring mistake.  If you wanted a less athletic AR, you'd have taken Levis.

I hope that fan gets a payday somehow. I’d let a rich person throw a drink on me in front of national tv audiences and I’d just ask for a few hundred $k to forget the whole thing…

Oh wow.....I assumed there was a window in the box..... didn't realize the drink actually hit the guy.  Thought the glass separated the fans....

If Jeudy doesn’t get hurt tonight I think Ballard trades for him.  He’s been jonesen for a WR 1 for a long time now.  Tried to get one in any Taylor trade talk.  I believe he’s a speedster too so that would be perfect.  Big get for the Colts if he pulls it off and I think he will.

Weird "Jones" as he's done next to nothing to attempt to acquire one....lol

    1) Its unlikely that he needs surgery if its only an AC sprain.  Xrays would've indicated a more severe type of injury for which surgery would be necessary.  However, the MRI will tell if the ligaments are torn and/or if there is any other soft tissue injury involving the shoulder joint.  If its AC sprain requiring no surgery, my best guess is that he is out 2-4 weeks.

    2) Do not, without exception, put AR back on the field until he is absolutely pain free throwing a football with all throws.  We do not as a franchise or fanbase need a repeat of the Andrew Luck 2015 season which altered his career.

    3) At the risk of belaboring a point, no more read option plays in this offense.  If Richardson busts a run off a broken pass play, fine.  However, its pretty clear that using him as a RB is going to lead to problems long term.  If he can't be developed into a guy that can win throwing the football (which BTW I absolutely think he can), then we drafted the wrong guy anyways.

1- you do realize that sprains are tears right? And 50% of grade threes require surgery, and he looks to be borderline grade 4.....

2 - I agree, as does likely everyone.

3 - if you take away his ability to be used in the read option, he never would have been drafted at 4.  This is just wrong and won't be done, no matter how scared fans are.  You don't tell the guy to stop being himself.  I'd wager we see a grass field in all stadiums next year, and probably this one even if nflpa doesn't demand them.
