    It's not rocket science dude. They had an incompetent HC and still lost seven one score games. They have one of the best young QBs in the league in a QB driven league. They have a talented roster and Jim has turned around programs like SSU, Stanford ,49ers and Michigan in a heartbeat. Wanna tell me why he won't?
