When you have no morals, lying and cheating just come natural like breathing.
It starts with Kraft at the top, his "win at any cost' mentality trickles down and you can see that in their actions
They will never quit cheating until the league really comes down on them but it seems the NFL is afraid to really punish them
-
Outstanding, leading with humility and hard work. America needs more like him and the ones that influenced him.
Thanks for those magical years and the title.
God bless you Bill, Tony et al.

Look at my original post.
One would think that with our defense being so poor against the run he would have taken over a lot quicker than this
Where did I say it costs us games????
-
Not to pick on you, but I wish people would qualify these statements with "against the Patriots". Correct me if I'm wrong, but did our run defense cost us any other losses?
Sure, we were in the bottom half of the league on run defense (18th), we were gouged many times against the run. I know it was the worst against NE but we let several teams pile on the rushing yards last year.
We gave up 127 against the Eagles, 136 against Houston, 117 against Pittsburgh, 137 against Houston (Game 2), 127 against Dallas, 142 against Tennessee, 115 against Cleveland
Not to pick on you but it was not very good last year against most of the teams we played, of the 16 games we played in 10 of them we allowed more than 100 yards. That is not good and I sure wouldn't say only NE ran over us

I would be happy to see us in the top 12 against the run, THAT would be a difference maker
We gave up an average of 4.3 ypc and that is a good reason why we suffered at times last year
If we could get that down 3.8 it would mean a great deal. 1/2 of a year reduction on every carry would put us in the top 10 so if we are more stout along the line and dont get pushed around that is very possible with the front 7 we have

Geathers, has the ability and the strength to cover tight ends so as mentioned earlier this is situational football.
We need someone that hit these tight ends hard and a 6'2 210 Safety might be a stop gap against the better tight ends this season
Geathers is listed as a mediocre tackler but working with professional coaches may help him with that

No kidding, We are in the first week of the preseason, so lets give it some time to see if this line is better than last year and a notch or two above "Lousy"

Sorry everyone, I got bad info online.
He was a varsity track star with a 100 dash at 11.23 and some guy online said he ran a 4.33 in the 40
My bad
-
he has 4.33 speed
From what I saw ok on table, Robinson looked like a pure power runner.
-
I feel good about Ballard. lets hope it was just bad luck because he looked really good when he played. Robinson could be that shifty back with great speed we need.
It is possible to keep 4 RB's but it seems unlikely

But what do you mean by "locker room material"? All this is is his own form of motivation. This won't, at least it shouldn't, bug other players or teams. They have themselves to worry about.
So you don't think this will pump up other NFL receivers when they play against him this season.
On this very site we get on opposing players for making such declarations. So that is what I meant by Locker Room Material AKA bulletin board material.
Lets just move on, GO Colts!
-
That 5th spot will be fun watch to see who fills it,
-
My goodness, Jamal was just an example of someone who said that. Smith was a solid player FA, I hope he can put his money where his mouth is. I AM pulling for him to be great. ALL is was saying is I dont like the locker room material from a player that has not played in the NFL
Go D'Joun Tear it up!!
-
This could be the year!
-
Fine, Let players say what they are going to say. I love cockiness but from one that has been there and done that. For the record I think he will be great, just pointing out comment about being passed over reminded me of Jamal Anderson
-
Jamal Anderson said 31 teams passed him up too. He was taken in the 7th round so his own team, the Falcons passed on him 6 times.
This talk means nothing and all it does is promote locker room material for our opponents. How about playing in the NFL before you boast. I am all for a player with swagger but not one that hasn't seen the field yet
-
So what! This fear of the Patriots plays right into their fans and media hands, Until they won last year by Seattle being stupid they haven't won ANYTHING since we beat them in 06'
I am glad he is playing, what better way to get over on them than to beat them with Brady!
-
We will see, I hope he stays but until this happens there is no reason to cut a brother down for an opinion
-
Guys I just dont see the Colts giving him more than 8 mil a year for him.
We have the luck contract to consider and I see us just going with younger talent if he cannot sign for a reasonable amount
He is not Dez Bryant or Calvin Johnson so the 14 per is out of the question
-
He hasn't done nearly enough to get 8 mil a year let alone 14.
He is a great receiver but he is not worth breaking the bank, I hope he and his agent come to their senses this next offseason
-
WOW, I just wished she would have spend a little time about his faith, it seems like she just edited it out. Regardless, Joseph is a great guy and I wish nothing but the best from him.
God bless you 29 (Thank you for that TD that sent us to the Superbowl)
-
He sure looks cut!, He is a freak of nature with his speed so I am also hopeful for a full recovery
-
Its good to see everyone signed well BEFORE training camp, It sure seems like they got paid what they should have based on the slotting of the picks before and after them.
So I still wonder the holdup was because the years, salary and SB were right in line????
T.Y. Hilton seeking a whopping 14m per year. Per B/R

I am shocked he got 13 per year. I would have thought less but I was wrong.
I sure hope he lives up to it
