Wilbon, is only relevant when he is ranting. When he is acting like that I suggest you turn down the volume or put your head in a blender both are similar
-
WOW,Every year we move one step closer to the superbowl but that just isnt enough for most people.
I know he is part of the problem but it is not not the time to hash and reshash that
-
I know the sky is falling but the play of the front three were quite good in my opinion.
They held their gaps well and had several plays in the backfield
the real issue is our inside linebackers, Jackson and Freeman were just plain horrible and were out of position most of the night,
Its time to let Moore and Irving to at least rotate in more often
Jackson is slow and past his prime and he looks lost at times,
Freeman over pursues is way overrated He is easily erased without much effort
We have found a solid front 3 now its time to replace our middle linebackers

Jerry Hughes does NOT get a sack
Hilton will have less than 70 yards receiving (They will have a safety leaning his way all day)
Dorsett will have a receiving TD
Johnson gets 8 catches for 105 yards
Gore has two TD's but not 100 yards
Colts 24, Bills 13

Here is a page with somewhat up to date cuts.
I wonder what Darnell Dockett has left?
-
Getting more reps is my guess, With Jones down we had to see more DL's playing to get ready for buffalo
I sure dont see any of them being cut this year barring an injury
-
very few CB's are great right out college, the speed of the receivers and the arm strength of QB's make it a very tough transition
-
I was thinking the same think when I heard this that this will be the last time a retractable roof if opened after a game has started
-
It seems to me that he has has ankles that are wearing down. There are many NFL players that once they damage an ankle it will always susceptible to injury. Sadly he may never be effective with those ankles and its a shame
-
Makes you wonder if Denzelle Good can play left guard??
-
With the cut of Thomas and the cap savings of 3.25 million could we be seeing a free agent signing, sadly we could have signed Mathis for this money but on to plan B
Who would like the team to sign if they choose to?
-
agree, also Pendleton could be a option..he was ok when he played last year.
Pendelton was cut today
-
we have used 4 recievers in nearly every game we have played. They have to rotate in to give rest and for certain sets and mismatches

This is what you get when draft at the end of every round 12 of the last 14 years
its tough to get prime talent when you draft late, the key is, to find the gems in the draft, this is all about scouting and detailed evaluations. Some work and some don't
But we sure have been blessed for the last 14 years with only 2 losing seasons which brought us Dwight Freeney (2002) and Andrew Luck (2012)
Look at all the team that draft high every year. Nearly everyone of them do not have any or lasting success
I would much rather have a shot at winning it all most every year than losing just to fill needs

The term is doggerel you are all looking for, this thread has no value and is lacking any substance.
I know we all have bad posts from time to time but this one doesn't make sense at all
-
it seemed to me when I first heard this earlier that he may be ready week 1. This will give him two practice games to test the Achilles
-
Reggie? Reggie?? Reggie!!
-
There are many players that looked great in practice that are on the street today
-
He looked lost on Saturday night so yes I am concerned. However lets wait and see the finished product when the regular season starts
-
Mewhort looked just plain awful last night, he was beaten soundly a few times. He looked lost a few times and simply did not seal his gap as players just took advantage.
Its week 2 of the preseason and I am willing to wait until game 1 in September but its just not encouraging
-
It just seems to me there are 30 other teams and choosing New England is a real slap in the face of Colts fans
Still a Legend as a Colt but this is a bitter pill to swallow
-
Tipton was a good backup with the injuries and issues we had last year
He is only a 3rd string back at best, I would hope Robinson will get the same amount of carries this week as Tipton got on Sunday
Gore is not young and we need a solid backup and Robinson could be that short yardage back we need
-
I got drilled on here because I thought he was too cocky!
Fine with me, Smith needed to be humbled. Way too cocky. Nothing wrong with confidence but he came in talking like he was the baddest CB on the planet. Humbling experience, get under Vontae's wing and Pagano's wing and learn
-
The issue with Werner is that he is still learning the position. I don't see him being a great player but I see him getting better every year and being a solid backup one day. But not today
Why Won't they Unleash Dorsett?

Whalen should return punts end of story. Dorsett should simply focus on receiving
