  1. How is taking a knee with 30 seconds & 2 timeouts the "right decision"? Why not even TRY? Why not throw a screen, run a drawn or try to get a PI, at least SEE if you get a 20 yard chunk. Why just give up? There is time on the clock....use it! What you are saying about Brissett not being a Peyton is my entire point...by taking knee you are admitting you are NOT good without even TRYIING to be. How can you ever be good in the 2 minute if you are to scared to run it?

  2. The whole point about the knee before half is it illustrates Chuck to a T...he plays not to lose, instead of playing to win. Think about it....do you think Peyton would have EVER taken a knee in the situation?

Furthermore we let Peyton walk and then he turns around and wins another Super Bowl...we did that for what? THIS MESS!!!  Come on!! We could have had Andrew behind Peyton for 3 years (see A. Rogers) and he would be at the helm now and not on IR.

  3. I will never have the amount of info these coaches have, but multiple times sitting in the stands and seeing the match-ups I called the play before it happened. My wife was even at one point "how do you see that and the coaches don't"? For example when KC was near the goal and Maclin lined up and 41 was across in a man to man line-up and I said post..it was and overthrown. They ran it again and 41 was over him again and I said great now the corner fade....touchdown.

I can see this with very limited info....why cant these coaches? Why cant they see when KC lined up with trips to either side they did not have enough DB's over there to cover? 2 cant cover 3. Multiple times. How many wide receiver screens did they throw? Bunch....because we NEVER adjusted. The one side kick you could see coming from a mile away because of the penalty...and the middle of the field was WIDE open and luckily KC made a mistake and kicked it to the side. I could see Doyle pointing to middle just before the kick and looking at the sidelines...but no coach put the player in the correct spot.

  4. I don't think it looks brighter on TV...but the turf does look different then most indoor stadiums. Look at Saints for example...the field turf looks dull, almost like a flatten look. LOS turf looks like a fresh mowed lawn and the colors pop so much more. I have got to point that I do not like watching other indoor stadiums b/c the field just looks so dull and dreary.

  5. I would have fired Fox over this, Ravens fired their OC a few weeks ago for basically the same thing. 31 seconds and 2 time outs and just needed a field goal? No problem, could get 4-6 plays off in that time. The comment about a prize figther and next round really bothered me...the bell had not rung yet, there was no need to get out of the round or if this was a boxing match the prize figther would have had to get back off the mat and fight his way out of the round.

  6. Man that is a lot of data...would take the fun out of watching a game having to track all of that. I'll stick with the eye ball approach which means for the first time ever after loosing a playoff game I can actually watch the other games because we no longer have a window closing.

  7. Are you kidding me? Sounds like the same problem most employers have in the US...people want to create jobs where they dont have to do a job.

Vick was given the opportunity to take on more work, more responsibility or to become THE leader by also making the line/blocking calls. But basically said that did not work! Why? Because it requires more work, more effort, more time and most of all standing on the edge of the cliff and not fearing to make a mistake.
