  1. Well said, I was amazed about how much Ryan sucked last year as well. Been great most of his career just to come here and suck. If defense can do the same as last year and offense improve just slightly 9 wins is achievable. I forgot about the rebuild of 2012, thanks for reminding me.
  2. Agreed, Freeland looks more athletic than Raimann. He may end up our LT, you got Q by him. Would rather see Raimann at RT than RG. If none of this happens I'm good, best 5 on the field. If I rate how I see our OL right now its: Q BSmith RKelley BRaimann Pinter if playing C Rookies Fries French
  3. If moving Smith to RG improves the team why do you worry about the money. Contract is signed, only effects his next contract.
  4. Not sure what the Pats and Raiders have done but most of our predictions had us losing to them. I think Browns gives us more trouble than them. When it comes to the Jags we can go 16-1 and I know the loss is in Jacksonville. Really can't wait for a Nelson, Donald rematch.
  5. I think he's right about Richardson for maybe his 1st 2 years. The way he can process information is phenomenal. After 2 years I think he can run any style of offense. Only thing I think that will hold him back is repetition. Adetomwa I believe is the opposite sorta. Won't see much from him till next year if he can except what is taught to him. I think Brents will have longer career than Rush, bit Rush will have an immediate impact. I'm pretty high on Hull. I like him better than Moss and Jackson as a compliment to Taylor.
  6. Colts go 4-13, with 3 of those wins in last 3 games.
  7. If we even think we may be picking in top 5 next year, trade Buckner now. He deserves better and we deserve a return investment.
  8. I think Hull and Downs will have immediate impact. Later in the season we will hear alot from Rush. AR is hit or miss, I think him in the offense alone helps Taylor big time. Not worried about the guard as most. I always thought Smith has been playing out of position. I will be more excited about him starting RG than continuing above average play at RT.
  9. Mayer or Washington would be upgrade, so wouldn't be surprised. I want Mims but don't think he'll be there in 3rd. If not I like rufa Tre Tucker.
  10. I think with young or shroud we could win 9 maybe. Levis 6 or 7
  11. Anthony Richardson, I believe if we draft anyother QB we'll be stuck in 7-9 win team for 10 years. I think we may be picking in same spot next year but after that I think this team will take off. I also think if we draft Richardson, we should trade Buckner, Kelly, and Moore this year. If we draft the other 3 we shouldn't trade those. If Richardson is a bust at QB, at least he has the athleticism to maybe play a big WR.
  12. This year's draft has to be the hardest for Ballard. I believe Irsay is breathing down his neck to win now. When I look at the qbs this year this is how I see it. Young is a day 1 starter, with limited ceiling. I don't see his availability high. Stroud is a day 1 starter, love his accuracy, don't see him improving much, but he's awesome now, as long as he got the weapons. He can take hits, and has a high availability ceiling. I think Stroud has a long career. Levis might start eventually year 1, he has a little higher ceiling than the previous 2, but not as good right now. Richardson will most likely sit year 1, he has an extremely high ceiling, his long ball is very accurate right now but his short and intermediate throwing kinda stinks. Idk if Irsay has the patience to wait on this guy. He'll be great if Shane is the QB whisperer. Hooker I think he's day 1 starter as well, with little upside. I have him 3rd for day 1 starter behind Young, and Stroud. McKee could start day 1 with limited playbook. Decent ceiling, should have long career, most likely someone's back up, but wouldn't be the end of the world if he has to play some downs. That being said I think the sweet spot in this draft is 25-60, anyother year these players would go in the 1st. So I would like to get as many picks 25-60 as I could and pick up QB late. We may only win 5 next year, but if we pick a QB in this 1st this year I see us 8 or 9 wins for years to come.
  13. I'll change my stance a little, Stroud looks like he'll be a top 10 QB for awhile. I keep going to that Georgia game. He was amazing. That was basically the 33rd and 34th best NFL teams. If we draft him I won't be mad. Also Jacoby Brissett was top 10 QBR last year.
  14. 3rd or 4th round is what I was talking about. For me I'm usually skeptical about prospects from OSU, Alabama or any 1st round talent that has another 1st round talent in same position group from same school. I put more weight on what Levis, AR, McKee have done over other 2. McKee had quickest release and sacked alot. Levis played injured and no weapons and OL either. I think there all future back ups. That's why I would draft McKee.
  15. I can make an argument for McKee. Crap line, 1 receiver constantly doubled. Had quickest release time. I think he's better option in 3 or 4. Don't think he's as good as Stroud, but don't think he's bad at all. Worse thing for McKee is a career back up, same as Stroud. Don't you think it's worth looking elsewhere for that #4?
  16. He seems to be the most ready to win now. I just don't see a high ceiling with this guy.
  17. Seems like consensus is trade back to get picks for next year. Any of these qbs we get were just settling.
  18. I'm good with Richardson at 4. If it doesn't work he may be able to play WR with his pure athleticism. He could be emergency 3rd QB if it doesn't work out. If not him McKee, who had quickest release time last year, or Barrett. If those don't work, trade Buckner, and trade back, and run with Minshew. I would target Tampa Bay, good chance we would get a high 1st next year. Could get Porter Jr. around 19.
  19. 25) Darnell Wright OT Tennessee 30) Darnell Washington TE Georgia 35) Mazi Smith DT Michigan 58) Marvin Mims Jr. WR Oklahoma 106) Tanner McKee QB Stanford 135) DeMarvion Overshown LB Texas 165) Garrett Williams CB Syracuse 192) Ali Gaye Edge LSU 221) Evan Hull RB Northwestern 227) Anthony Bradford OG LSU 236) Chamarri Conner CB Virginia Tech Through trades added Tampa's round 1 and 2 next year. Thought it was important to fix the running game we broke last off-season first. Tanner may only be a back up but he did have quickest release of all qbs in this draft. Mims separation was also top 3 this year.
  20. I really like Darnell. Blocks like Doyle, hands seem decent.
  21. I would for the work you put in it alone.
