  1. Just finished watching. Why give JT the huge contract just to take him out for the biggest play of the season when he is having his best game of the season. Im very very puzzled by this. Overall Steichen has been great though. Team in general way overachieved this season and benefited greatly from the third easiest strength of schedule in the league. We beat up on all the bad teams is pretty much how we got where we are. Still not a believer in Ballard but hoping he proves me wrong. Excited to see a full season of AR but very nervous about him being made of glass. Fun, unexpected, tough way to end but really who thought we would get here anyways.
  2. I dont know about these rankings, feels like some writer at NBC who has never even been to all the stadiums threw this list together. All the player interviews ive heard over the years on the many podcasts I consume say that Lucas Oil is kind of like the old folks home of the NFL.
  3. They could fix it tomorrow by having every play reviewed upstairs in 10 seconds and relayed back to the refs on the field just like the XFL did it. XFL was even transparent enough to show us the guys with the gaming controllers reviewing the plays and the entire process. The NFL does not want this though, they want the refs in their back pocket. Not saying its rigged, not saying its not. I dont know. Just seems real strange that year after year the refs determine the outcomes of so many games and more than often the results favor the Tom Bradys, the Cowboys, the big sellers of the NFL, never the smaller teams. The NBA was rigged for gambling purposes by refs and owners as recently as the 00's. So I stay neutral on the subject. I don't fully buy into the conspiracies but I definitely don't brush them off as if not possible like so many do. I think more people should adopt this mindset. The NFL is uber powerful and rich, they can do a lot.
  4. If the Bengals and Steelers could both just lose today it makes things SO much less complicated.
  5. Bengals could win out and essentially eliminate us. If the Jags win.
  6. Just beat Houston next week and pray the Bengals dont win out and were in no matter what. Maybe even the division. Wont be easy assuming Stroud is healthy. Rookie of the year more than likely, probably going to be good for a very long time. No matter the outcome we overachieved bigtime this season.
  7. As long as this holds just beat Houston and pray the Bengals dont win out and no matter what were in. Maybe even the division lol.
  8. Jags and Texans running away with their games. Us letting the Raiders hang around with the ominous late season implosion thats so familiar looming
  9. Two weeks in a row a player named Speed costs us a massive momentum swing on special teams of all things
  10. The guy who threw for 63 yards and didnt complete a pass in the final 3 quarters of the game is shredding out defense
  11. A franchise QB by definition is a QB who is going to be with the franchise for a very long time usually long past his rookie contract. Upwards of 10 years. Manning, Brady, Rogers, Mahomes etc etc. Neither Stroud nor AR has proven shi* yet. Stroud much more than AR because of availability, Neither will be anointed as franchise QB's till its proven they can play at a very high level consistently and are worth a mega contract beyond their rookie deal.
  12. Lol JT up the middle is our only run play in the book today I guess.
  13. Were honestly probably right around the same level as the Falcons. Somewhere around the 15-22 best team in the league. We just beat all the bad teams on our schedule.
  14. Heineke is shredding us. Any QB above the skill of the Mac Jones, Bryce Youngs and Mitch Trubisky's just destroy this zone defense
  15. Ameer Speed not knowing how to line up on a fg literally cost this team 3 points in a game that might end 13-10. He should be cut
  16. Pierce is a one trick pony and we hardly even attempt the deep shots to him. Need 2 a game
  17. Way to overcome a disastrous start. Maybe we will actually beat the Steelers.
  18. At least he beat them twice in the regular season, thats more than any other Colts QB can say except for whoever won that game in 1984 lol
  19. lol 18-3 since the Colts moved to Indy. The Steelers just own us, doesn't matter the team, the era, the QB. Just doesn't matter we dont beat this team unless we have Peyton Manning
  20. I would bet you. I would take the trend in history over how the teams look any day of the week. 18-3 Steelers since the Colts have been in Indy.
