  1. I read this story yesterday and was like "Yep... I'm ready to get hurt again. That's my quarterback." Definite jersey incoming (it was going to be incoming regardless, but I can 100% like and root for this guy)
  2. This is kind of what I'm pinning any hopes I have on. We see it all the time. There's no blueprint for how to defend a QB with this level of athleticism can do so I'm cautiously optimistic that that'll help pull a couple games out for us. I really does hinge on how much his short area accuracy and consistency can be built up though.
  3. That's a great question. I don't know exactly. I'm sure there's a business "license" or whatever that Youtube will put out for however many streams they need for a hefty upfront payment.
  4. Yeah, Sunday Ticket is limiting to 2 streams, regardless of package. Which, y'know... sucks.
  5. Only 2 simultaneous streams at a time. Other people can use your subscription but they have to be in your "family group" or whatever and reside in the same household, so that's not really helpful. Not sure what they're going to do to enforce it but I suppose I'll find out. Probably going to get the ticket since I already have YTTV as my cable replacement and will share with my buddy so he can watch his games. We'll see how it goes.
  6. If we ended up with a top 2 pick... THAT would make for a very difficult offseason with even more fighting than we got over the prospects this year lol
  7. That article has po'd a lot of Colts fans. I believe it's his first for the Athletic as well. It's my understanding they even took the tweet for that story down after this last episode of With The First Pick showed that we did, in fact, celebrate getting Richardson. I wasn't all that upset that he came to that conclusion, because I know I said after the pick when they showed the war room that there was no celebrating and it did look somber. With the Next Pick showed that they did their celebrating when it was announced that Houston traded up so they knew they got their guy. Definitely don't think he should have written a story about a it, but content is king these days and you gotta do what ya gotta do.
  8. Definitely feels like it's now or never for Strachan. Really hope he can take whatever leap they're looking for from him. Still might be tough though. Pittman Pierce Downs Dulin McKenzie
  9. Pete Carrol said they gave a LOT of tremendous consideration to drafting AR at #5 if he would have been available. I don't think there's any chance AR was going to fall to the 2nd round.
  10. Legitimate question here: Who didn't/doesn't want to run the ball with Taylor? I'm not sure what you're referencing?
  11. I would be... Or at least make him win an outright competition. Granson hasn't been bad but he just hasn't been much of anything, imo. I want to see Woods and (hopefully) Ogletree out there just Mossing people. I never understood a 6'1" (or was it 6'2"?) tight end.
  12. This is someone who I always seemed to grab in those mock draft simulators. His write ups were always good so I tended to grab him. Just watched some of him and damn does he pop! Excited about this one!
  13. It's going to make for a more frustrating season, as far as press is concerned, but yes. I do like the "I'll tell you want I want, what I really, really want - and nothing else" attitude he's shown thus far.
  14. I agree. I avoided the dreaded "P" word because that's where the "media goblin" is worst and most feared. We need the media. Hell, our lives revolve around social MEDIA where we get all our info whether it's vetted or legit or not and I think that's a big part of the problem. It's all the "media" or even worse the "main stream media" which simultaneously discriminates against your team, the other team, Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, etc. But on topic, I was about 50/50 between Stroud (who was my favorite early) and Richardson (who grew on me like a fungus lol) so once Houston took CJ I was all in on AR. Now I just have to hope the pressure problems CJ had stay with him while hoping that Anthony's potential is reached. Let's go, Colts!
  15. It's tough not to say OCyrus Torrence. We need a RG, desperately. Cody Mauch? We also need a CB desperately so Kelee Ringo or Porter Jr make a lot of sense. I also want a WR so maybe Mingo or Scott? Lots of options. Unless we're dialed in on a certain position, I'm pretty positive we try and trade down.
  16. Unfortunately, it's a sign of the times. When in doubt, blame "the media" rather than dig deeper. "The media" can mean the TV, the radio, your aunt, your cousin, brother, neighbor, or anyone who disagrees with your opinion. It's all "the media" and don't you dare question or it's against their first amendment rights. I know you know all this bias, but just putting it out there that it bothers those of us who haven't been in the media before. It's extremely tiring (and not just in sports).
  17. 1. Carolina Panthers - Bryce Young 2. Houston Texans - Will Anderson 3. Tennessee Titans - CJ Stroud 4. Indianapolis Colts - Anthony Richardson 5. Seattle Seahawks - Jalen Carter 6. Detroit Lions - Christian Gonzalez 7. Las Vegas Raiders - Tyree Wilson 8. Atlanta Falcons - Will Levis 9. Chicago Bears - Paris Johnson 10. Philadelphia Eagles - Witherspoon
  18. GMFB and Schrager have been talking about it this morning. Schrags said that he's heard that the Colts internally have big contingents in favor of each of Stroud, Richardson, and Levis. Way to cover your bases,
  19. Oof, he got ripped a new one. Can't remember if I participated in that or not, though I'd like to think I didn't. I think it was Colts449 or something like that? But yeah, he came back and did his victory lap and was posting for a little while after that but every.single.post he made from there on referenced how everyone else was wrong and he was a martyr crucified for his beliefs and it just got to be extremely grating. Haven't seen him in a long time though. Hope all is well with him.

  21. It's already been said that this is the result of just one of the (I believe) 9 tests the comprise the S2. Not the final score. The co-creator of the test has come out and said this is false. At least, that's my understanding.
