The sting of that long needle never really goes away unfortunately does it? It still hurts like h*** even years after the fact. Just like #18's departure, it is gonna kill me man because we all know what's comin'up next & we are just waiting for the other shoe to drop with an enormous ...This won't feel good at all. Don't we at least get a sucker for our pain? More like a stiff drink.

Like that old song verse "reuniting & it feels so good." Tom Moore & Manning together again perhaps in NY? An offensive genius [Yoda/Peyton Manning] linked with a defensive genius [Rex Ryan]...Gotta admit this marriage of masterminds really intrigues me.

I don't know if Tom is still employed by the Jets, I'm hoping he comes back home for Peyton.

If Peyton played for the Jets then I would actually believe Rex when he said they were going to win the super bowl, .

Yoda AKA Peyton Manning looks like he's got some serious zip & velocity on that ball...Never underestimate #18's tenacious drive to compete & win. The fact that this video got released makes Irsay look rather foolish to me. DO you any comment about how well Peyton is throwing Mr. Irsay? All Jim could muster aloud was a machine gun repetition of sound "Ah's" & "Um's". Just Kidding!!!

While some people may question the quality & validity of the Duke QB throwing video, it does look like Peyton's throwing motion in my opinion. The fact the new CBA prohibits & prevents videotaping workouts makes me wonder who the person who filmed this video really is...Has anyone contacted Tom Condon, Peyton's agent, about this? What better way to jack up your free agency market price & bidding war...

With all the interest already shown, I don't think he needs to leak a throwing video. He'll show them up close and personal.

I am not implying, inferring, or implicating Tom Condon released this tape in any way, shape, or form...But, I will say that for NFL franchise GM's around the league Peyton's overall arm strength is a legitimate concern yet...This tape goes a long way toward alleviating those unfounded concerns & GM reservations in my opinion.

So, on Sunday night, traffic on Status Update rises significantly or does that mean the party & festivities start at your place Subvet? Does that make you the Master of Ceremonies then? Just Kidding!!!

It means after the evening news I was both laughing and annoyed with some of the postings on different threads. It was the first extended period spent reading this board and it was not boring.

I haven't seen "Starman" either. From what I remember, Gene Siskel & Rodger Ebert gave this film an enthusiastic "Thumbs Up" review when it was initially released. Just like Gramz, I will have to borrow it from my local library too I guess. Thanks for the recommendation subvet.

SW1, be prepared to "get something in your eye" at the end. I still heartily recommend it.

Ditto here in Wisconsin too Gramz. High winds & just a few flakes. No real accumulation yet. I never understand why people spend good money to go downhill skiing when I do that everytime it snows on my metallic forearm crutches. Not fun at all in my humble opinion.

well, I admit, I became a fan because of Peyton, watched him at UT and followed him to Indy, but now I am a Colts fan.
