    Long night at work, lots of sweat, lots of repairs to keep buns and bread flowing to retailers all over the midwest. Goodnight everyone.

      Whenever I was busy....the night went fast. I do not miss 12 hour shifts that ended up 13.

      Subvet, you literally make bread & earn bread at the same time. Not every occupation can make that claim with a straight face. And just like the yeast in your bread, I'm sure that you "rise" to the occasion every time when called upon to too. Well done subvet.
