This topic isn't about luck but luck wasn't even the best QB in his draft class as it turned out. And a case could be made that Cousins is 2nd best? What luck was was Overhyped, as was RG3.
Anyway, our division is getting interesting to say the least.
what a terrible post just wow

he is the best prospect since Luck just cause he retired early doesn't make his hype any less than it really was. Luck was called the best prospect since Manning so how could Lawrence be the best since Manning when Luck was in between them.

The only players untouchable IMO are Nelson and Leonard that's it.
Buckner is probably pretty untouchable

Ok. I’m sold. Said it in the game day thread, and I’ll say it here too:
Mo > Doyle > > > > Burton
Let Mo take the Lion’s share of snaps. He’s earned it.
its easy to see yet we didn't do anything for him after the TD kinda annoyed me
-
"Mo will continue to be a part of our offense!"
comes out with a TD and then not a damn thing after that how dumb

I get that for Mo's continued development. But the better player plays, and the more weapons the better!
well as of this season so far Mo is the better player so if they do as they should Mo won't be affected

If the Jets have a top 2 pick and take Lawrence or Fields, how about going after Sam Darnold? He hasn’t been in a good situation. Who knows what he could do with a good offensive line and some capable skill players. He was a 3rd overall pick after all. Surely, there’s potential there.
this didn't age well after today's game lol

I mean, he has to have a pretty large role, he's the only TE left with any experience at the time ....
I mean once Doyle is back

We need enough Wolverines to balance it out.
False we need Spartans!

Mo is such a beast and one of my favorite colts really hoping this leads to a bigger role for him!

Trying to prove to your team you meant it when you said JB was great and you had some plays for him..... Seriously though....JB can scramble, but a Zone Read? Lmao
I was thinking the same thing lol

This is the first season since 2005 where we have a new kicker going into the season opener (Vinny had been at it a while for us!).
He did not miss an XP in college. That said, college XPs are still 17 yarders.
still didn't miss any that alone is pretty damn impressive

I keep hearing Specs has all this untapped potential that Chase just doesn't.... It's not like McLaughlin is some grizzled vet.... He was a rookie last yr.
no but he just wasn't one of the best college kickers in his time at school I get it either way I don't think we have a problem no matter who we picked

I swear they cut Mclaughlin and kept Blankenship just so they could keep the streak of an undrafted FA making the team every year going. Conspiracy theory here, but I'm going with it. This was a terrible move. The more I think about this, the more it makes me mad.
did you even see Blankenship kick in college? cause by the way you speak about him it doesn't seem like you did he's one of the best in recent years and was damn near perfect on extra points his entire college career

This is a questionable move IMO. Mclaughlin was a lot better than Blankenship.
obviously not most things i have read said both were good not surprised they went with the higher upside rookie
