    Give us a B, B. Give us an A, A........we are 3 - 6. Just sayin'....

It’s hard to win games when you have as many key injuries as we do. It’s even harder to win games when your injured team is coached by the inept such as Chuckles Pagoneo

Early last week, a LOT of prognosticators were picking Houston to emerge as the best of the AFC South.  Thus, isn’t it interesting that you take away their QB and all of a sudden they can’t beat our Colts?   In fact, the game should not have become as close at the end as it did.

When you look at this season, the Colts really should have won at least four of the games they ended up pooping away.  So really, instead of 3-6, a strong argument can be made that they should currently be sitting at 7-2.

Just maybe the Colts aren’t as far away from again becoming contenders as we’ve all been depressingly thinking.  Just maybe next year, with a healthy Luck, new coaching staff, two key FA signings, and 3 to 4 key draft choice additions, the Colts just might quickly turn the corner as soon as next year. :)

    Oh. God.

Thinking like this is exactly how teams get stuck with coaches like Pagano and Marvin Lewis...

not surprised.  Question is though, if they don't know a cause, is it a mental thing?  As one who's had surgery on stuff like that, the mental aspect of feeling every little tweak/touch/hit/ movement and getting used to it takes a LOT of time.  It took me close to 3 years to fully get passed the fear of worrying about retearing my ACL.  and im not a pro QB getting hit.

You’re not kidding. I tore my ACL as a freshman when some * ran his helmet into my foot bending my leg the wrong way a second after I had punted the ball.

There wasn’t another snap in highschool that I took where I didn’t have some primal fear in the back of my mind of seeing my leg go the wrong way again lol

I mean I get it....but I don't need to be paid millions to see that Quincy is more talented the Milton and Desir. Maybe it's just a maturity thing going on here.

I really hope so. But we’ve all seen this song and dance before...

Even if it is maturity it’s no guarantee that he’ll ever grow up lol

Are you saying Irsay isn't sane, or is he just a liar?

I have no problem calling him a bald faced liar on this matter... maybe he thought luck might play this year but he knew damn well he wasn’t gonna be back for any games in the early part of the season

He IS good....this coaching staff is just Incompetent. They can't tell me that He's not ready but yet you play guys like Desir and Milton.  As if They're any better.

Meh. I HAVE to trust guys getting paid millions to evaluate talent over Internet forum posters.

I can't tell if you're coming or going.

Hilton was upset enough to say something he shouldn't have said. You all are mad at him for it (which has gone well beyond what's reasonable, IMO). Then you say no one seems like they care about losing.

This is all a joke. You want everything on your terms, no exceptions made.

  8. A guy his size would need to drink a decent amount of beer to even be at the legal limit. Not to mention that lots of people(the average alcohol consumer) wouldn’t even be noticeably impaired at the legal limit.

    He’ll be alright

  9. It’s honestly mindboggling how terrible pure ILBs are, IMO.

theyre so bad that they’re making a defense that hasn’t improved in literally every area look overall worse somehow lol. Just goes to show you how much of a machine a football team can be.

One important part is bad and it ruins the whole thing

I think everyone knew that outside of a trip to the  playoffs,  pagano was gone.    That doesn't make Toub the front runner.

Of course it doesn’t. They were two separate statements. I even tried to signify that with two separated paragraphs

That’s fair wasn’t a shot at you.  The idea of trading him has been brought up many times here.  Personally I am just happy to keep him as a backup.

Well some people just like to play the odds. Look at the Falcons last year. Ryan stayed healthy all year=Super Bowl. Imagine if he got hurt for like 5 games and they went 0-5 or 1-4 in that stretch with their scrub backup in... It all depends on your QB and how much the front office has confidence they won’t get injured.

Big Ben always misses a couple games a year with his injury but theyre always prepared for it with decent backup play and make the playoffs regardless

While what you say is true, the fact is we very likely have the worst starting ILB's in the league and our safeties are pretty decent. So, people want Geather at LB because he'd fill a much bigger need and likely be pretty darn good there.

Anyway, is Antonio Morrison out of the league yet?

I don’t disagree. We’re all tired of how terrible and I mean god awful our ILBs are. But it’s just wishful thinking to insert Geathers there full time and have it be successful. IMO

Funny how much parity there is in the league especially for this season. Green Bay's season is effectively over, (much like ours if Luck don't come back soon), but when Aaron was healthy, I couldn't legitimately picture anyone in the NFC marching into Lambeau and beating Rodgers in January.

It just goes to show you how one player can literally carry a team. It’s kind of crazy.

If I'm looking at it logically, gore and turbin could protect our QB who needs the protection help.  Very few RBs are ready to pass protect.

and if you are thinking "hand it off to him", i'd say "defenses expect him to run when he's in".  In part to his pass protect weakness.

on a side note (related tho), did anyone else notice frank totally demolish a pass rusher?  I couldnt believe the guy got up.  And of course, no mention from Gruden.

I remember that exact play. He got destroyed almost as if he wasn't expecting anyone to attempt a block on him. Was hilarious
