...I'd show up at the stadium tomorrow...

Me too. You want to see someone get rid of the ball quickly, I would get it out of my hands faster than anyone we've had lately. It might not be accurate, but I'll get rid of the ball. :) Here's my play in the huddle..."TY, get 2 yards out and turn around. I'll hit you between the numbers".

Game over that does win haha Hey I would love to see Pat in there, why not? Season is over anyway. We need a lot of help to get into the Playoffs. I bet Pat could throw a 50 Yard pass at least.

LOL, I was about to volunteer myself. Maybe we can all volunteer. Each of us could take a series and just hand the ball off. :) I might be able to pass a couple (not too far though). TY would be complaining after I played QB. "No deep routes".

I was trying to quote you, RollerColt. Not sure why this quote came up.

I thought it was kinda funny myself. Not a big deal. He doesn't have to help palmer up anyway.

He doesn't have to help him up, but there's no sense in pretending you're going to help, only to pull your hand away. IMO, it's not something a high profile player like Matthews should do. He, like many NFL players, has many young people aspiring to be like him. He only showed many impressionable young people how to be a jerk.

    It actually happened.

My father (lives in Atlanta, GA) is a big Newton fan ONLY because Newton went to high school in Atlanta, GA. When he gave up on the Falcons this year, he switched to rooting for the Panthers. We had a friendly bet about whether or not the Panthers would go undefeated. I can't stand Newton, so I was rooting against an undefeated season (although, I really thought they would go undefeated). Funny the team my dad gave up on ruined his new team's shot at an undefeated season.

Panthers are no Arizona Cardinals thats for sure. ;)

I agree. The Panthers haven't really been tested this year. Any half way decent team they played wasn't playing well when they played the Panthers. I think the Cardinals will win at home against the Panthers.

I'll support this team no matter what.......and it's true they just need to get it and then anything could happen.

But they need Luck to play to be able to make any noise in the playoffs.

But if the Texans somehow choke and the Colts do get in, that would probably drive most Houston fans to suicide.

Me too, but I will admit, I'm not as emotionally invested. i.e. the game yesterday, I didn't sit and watch every minute as I may have previously. And, although I was excited we won, I didn't jump up and down about it.

Reading through the posts on here from other colts fans this forum . Through the years we have saw many teams that seemed down and out get that playoff spark and win it all . This team is capable of doing that sure odds are not in there favor but the same could be said for many teams that have hoisted the trophy after the SB in the last 10 years . We have a win against Denver came within a play when Pep was calling plays to getting wins against top tier teams . Just a little Luck and things could turn around very quickly and quit being mad we won and trying to make a playoff birth .

If we can get in, anything can happen. Anyone mad we won yesterday is being a little ridiculous. Although it's a long shot, making the playoffs is not out of the question. There were at least 3 big upsets yesterday. Maybe there will be more this Sunday.

I still want the Broncos to win it all if Peyton plays but I am on the Cards bandwagon. I like Palmer, Freeney, Arians, and Fitz! I would love to see a Broncos/Cards SB.

Me too. 100% for Broncos if Peyton plays. If no Peyton, I'm still good with Broncos making SB, but wouldn't mind seeing Cardinals winning.

I've seen it happen before. I'm sure it happens more than what people think.

I'm sure it happens more than we know, I don't recall a high profile player like Matthews doing it though (being caught/recorded doing it).

Elizabeth Hasselbeck isn't Matt's wife... She's his Sister in Law... Married to his brother.

If I was on a trivia show, I would have lost over that.

Tim Hasselbeck, retired QB, is Elizabeth's husband. Matt Hasselbeck, Tim Hasselbeck, 2 short first names and both with little to no hair.

he gets paid to play football

An IndyCar racer that hits a wall at 200+ MPH is getting paid too. :) Not the best analogy, but I'm sure Matt has felt like he hit a wall more than once this season. The O line is like Matt's car with no seat belts.
