    Find a time machine, go back to last year and fire Frank then. He may be the nicest guy in the world, but he is a terrible coach. The team seems unmotivated and unprepared. They may be running the plays they are given, but not playing football - and they know it.

    Don't you wonder why it doesn't seem to be working? The game of football is so much more than running plays, or diagramming Xs and Os. It's even more than the performance, talent and skill level of individual players. People won't see what they can't see. I see that as part of the problem.

    This is the best example of 'quiet quitting' by a team that I've ever seen. There is cancer in the Colts organization and firing the wrong people will only make it worse. Keeping the wrong people will also make it worse.
