Personally, I disagree that everyone has equal entitlement to their opinion. Some people have a much greater understanding of a topic and therefore their opinion is much more informed than someone who just reads something that is potentially out of context and spouts it as if they are a philosopher of all things great. Yes Brett, generally only Business Schools will recognize the GMAT, whilst any school offering any type of Masters or graduate qualification will accept the GRE. That is why it offers quite a bit more flexibility than the GMAT. Only recently have all business schools accepted GRE scores so this could lead to the GMAT becoming obsolete, but that's just a hunch.
