  1. rock is the colts highest graded corner what stats are you looking at . Its hard to grade a corner based on eye test during games . if burrow throws it 40 times and rock is in perfect postion for 36 times so burrow doesnt even look his way then gives up one bad play and another catch it looks bad to you because the camera is not on rock the whole game only when the ball is thrown at him. looking at the stats he is very good . people dumped on him last year but was rated the second best rookie corner by pff and made the all pro rookie team

  2. Here are some titles of threads in the last week........... I think I'm out on Rock Ya-Sin Is it time to move on from TY Hilton? Time for Reich to go? How long should the River leash be? Just curious......if we were rid of our #1QB, our coach, our #1 WR, and one of our young, improving secondary players, what would this team be?

  3. After the game vs Cleveland, on NFL network, I believe it was Charley Casserly that was reciting how well Taylor is doing running the ball vs how poor the Colts running game is when Hines or anybody else is in there (Mack excepted), and his point was he simply does not understand what the heck the Colts are doing NOT sticking with Taylor and giving the budding star all the opportunities possible. Today, again 5 ypc average, but on only 12 carries, plus 4 rec. for 55 yds. I completely agree with Casserly. I find it to be, well, just bad that Taylor is not being given a

  4. I swear that looked almost identical to Marlon Jackson in the AFC Championship. I could almost hear the Bob Lamey voice saying. "Brady throws and its intercepted by Marlon Jackson. Colts win. Colts win!" "Were going to the Super Bowl!" LOL

  5. Rivers goes home tonight and celebrates the victory by getting his wife pregnant with twins. (He finally gets his own offense) Reich buys the entire D and Eberflus steak dinners but tells them they can only eat half. Pittman makes another VLOG with his girl where we learn his recovery is going well but misses Lions game cause he eats too much Halloween candy.

  6. Instead of eating crow, the usual suspects are in here moving the goalposts and reaching harder than you would think is possible. What a joke. Rivers made you all look dumb as hell today. Going back and reading the game thread is hilarious. Multiple comments about how Rivers is incapable of leading a 21 point comeback. By the way, Aaron Rodgers looked bad today. 0 TDs 2 INTs, and they lost 38-10. I guess he has a noodle arm and should be benched?

  11. That is the problem with the eye test. Rock has 1 penalty this year... unnecessary roughness in week 6 So your eye test says he has one game WITHOUT a penalty but the fact is he has 1 game WITH a penalty. https://www.nflpenalties.com/position/defensive-back/cornerback?year=2020

  12. I said in another thread today if the forum was the GM the Colts wouldn’t have kept Hot Rod and wouldn’t have drafted Taylor, Blackmon, or Leonard. They would have Jordan Love and walker would be on a fast train out of town. I don’t know about you but I don’t want any of that. So maybe it’s time for the would be GMs to admit Ballard knows a little more about what he’s doing than they do even if he’s not perfect.

  14. After today, I know Rivers can lead us back from a big deficit. He threw for 371 yards and 3 TD's. Today was a huge win, I don't care if someone says well it was the Bengals. Let me tell you, Burrow is really good. TY and Luck had perfect chemistry so that can mess with anyone's mind but TY needs to forget those days and focus on the now. Yes we all know Luck was awesome but Rivers isn't chopped liver

  16. they're probably also trying to keep him fresh for later in the season...not wanting him to hit the 'rookie wall'.

  17. Remember when we were down 21-0? If you had to count, on probably just one hand, how many teams run the ball down 21-0? And even if they are running, is it very often? I'd say just maybe that has something to do with it. Or maybe I am just on Mars somewhere sipping Bengal juice.

  18. At the beginning of the year, how many here would’ve been right pleased to be sitting at 4-2, I wonderrrrrrr.

  19. zero problem with him or anyone else wearing it. Luck didn’t do anything worthy of retiring that number.

  20. 1. Burrow is a very good rookie QB that looks the part, plays the part and acts the part of a true #1 draft pick. 2. Add about 10 more handoffs into the mix and this is what our offense should do EVERY week. Spread the field, uptempo offense and use all assets available. 3. I love TY but he needs to to be used out of the slot at this point of his career. 4. That DeMichael Harris cat is quick and appears to be a smaller version of Hines. Made the same transition in college to RB but seems to be converted back to WR. I'd love to line him, TY, JT, Campbell, Tr

  22. We're a lot better vs the run, than the pass. Ravens should be a close game and I like our chances. It's a good match up for us IMO. Titans have squeaked all year long and use the run to set their pass up. I like our chances in both games. I think we sweep Houston. They're just not that good and they're pretty much one dimensional. Packers got dinked and dunked to death today, and Rodgers looked like donkey dung. We play them at home. Raiders, and Steelers are the only teams I'm truly worried about right now, and that's mostly becaus

  24. He needs to be option 2 or 3. Having him at the 1 isn’t the move anymore. Maybe move him to the slot for most of his plays

  25. Agree, Taylor has proven to be good out of the backfield as well. Only 1 target his way hasn't been caught, and it wasn't a drop. Some coaching decisions/play calls have been mind boggling so far.

  28. Rivers was down 21-0, came back like Luck would. Rivers 3 TD's and 371 Yards, Colts win baby! Colts now 4-2. The difference between being 3-3 and 4-2 is huge. Rivers haters can go kick rocks this week

  29. Yes he had bad pick but there's no Colts win without Phil today. Can we go 1 week without a bench Rivers thread?

  32. the suplex was from the angle the bengals player had ... he simply didn't want the player to gain more yardage. he was pulling him back and the bengals player finally gave up. result is a rock bottom. be thankful he's trying his best bc i cant say the same for the rest of the defense

  33. You have no idea what Frank does or doesn’t do behind closed doors. Just because he chooses not to go after them in the media doesn’t mean he doesn’t hold them accountable behind the scenes. There is word for coaches and organization that air their dirty laundry in public. Dysfunctional. I think fans wish they would do it that way because they are mad and want to yell at people but they can’t so they want the coach to do it for them. i remember when people complained Dungy didn’t yell at people enough and Mathis said you have to remember we are grown men doing a job. We don’t

  35. In California, my calendar says mid-October. Apparently in Indiana, the calendar says January and the season is over. Can we please, Please, PLEASE not decide the fate of any player when the season isn’t even halfway over? Other teams are doubling TYH because there’s no one else yet to fear. So they’re trying to take him out of the game. Doesn’t mean TY can’t play. It means he and Phillip need other weapons. You know, like Campbell and Pittman? He may not be as great as he once was, but he can still help the Colts win games. That’s my story and

  36. - Rivers with easily his best game as a Colt. Still thought it was an overreaction to call for Brissett after last week. 6 games into the season and it should be pretty clear that while there will likely be some INTs which come with taking shots down the field, those are balanced by increased efficiency, timely reads and knowing where to go with the ball more rapidly based on coverage. There is more juice with the passing game than there was for most of the time last year. He is not perfect, but Rivers is definitely the best QB on our roster who gives us a chance to win on Sundays.
