It’s an Owner that loves his team enough to open his checkbook and stay out of the way - check A GM with a vision, competent staff and eye for talent- check A Head Coach that can inspire, is humble, knows how to utilize the talent he’s been given, and can win the “chess match” on Sundays - check A coaching staff that can teach technique and bring the best out of players - check A competent supporting cast of trainers, medical personnel and strength and conditioning coaches that provide a high level of support to keep the team as healthy as possib8 points

Always love to get the insight into our team, and Walker has been such a pivotal part of our defence this year IMO. My favourite part is where he is getting the team riled up and he gets hit with the "ooooh, he's mic'd up" like he is showing off!6 points

Colts just announced themselves on the national stage by shutting out the so called “America’s Team”. Best Colts win I’ve seen in awhile. The Colts were the more physical team and actually bullied the Cowboys in the trenches. How refreshing is that?! Great win and our season is still alive. On to the G-men.6 points

On November 16th, 2003 Adam Vinatieri was the kicker for the Patriots shut-out win over Dallas. He completed 2 field goals, missing one extra point in a 12-0 victory. On December 16th, 2018 Adam Vinatieri finished 3/3 on field goals, with 2 extra points in a 23-0 victory over the Dallas Cowboys. Btw: Adam was 30 years old during that last shut-out win over Dallas. Lets not get over confident. Dont overlook the giants just because we beat the cowboys. any given sunday.5 points

We'll know the answer after the game on December 30th.5 points

Funny you should mention that, that answer is that we shouldn’t have pulled our starters against the Jets in 2009.5 points

Come on man - I get you want Bell but at least make your supportive arguments better. Because they are using Mack more on 1st and 2nd downs does not come close to meaning he can't catch the damn ball. And you wouldn't be surprised if Hines had more snaps than Mack? Did you watch the game? Mack had 44 and Hines had 29. I know we see what we want to see but you shouldn't be so blind.4 points

Not taking care of business against 6-8 Cincinnati, 4-10 NY Jets and 4-10 Jacksonville is what will sink this season, not that OT decision vs Houston.4 points

Not to mention Hunter the Punter body slamming him after the comment about beating the punter if he makes eye contact with them. I was at that game and Sanders was on the sidelines barfing his guts out after that body slam too.4 points

I'm sure Barkley could have (or could can have if you prefer) 3 80 yard runs against the 1985 Bears... All those guys are old and slow now.3 points

My birthday! A Colts win would be a great present! Seriously though. Going for it was the right call. He showed the team he's not afraid to be aggressive and was setting the tone for the year. After all, Coach Reich did say he was going to be aggressive from the onset.3 points
-
I don't think that was a factor in his decision making process.3 points
-
Yes, yes yes. It was absolutely the right decision in my mind. I love the aggressive play calling and statistically it was the right choice. I think it showed something else too. Reich's trust in his team. Who knows how much that has meant to the players and the trickle down effect it's had on this season in a positive way.3 points

The Jags game, is the biggest reason why we aren't already in the WC. We had no business losing that game smh. In the Texans game, even if we dont go for it, there is no guarantee we stop Hou. If we don't make the playoffs, we will look back at that Jags game for sure3 points

The short answer is, there is no good or correct answer. The long answer is the same as well.3 points

Coleman is almost exactly the same body style as Mack We should have at least one 225LB RB that can be brought in on 3rd and short3 points

The Colts can actually be eliminated next week. Very rare, but still possible. Scroll down for rooting interests. Here's the playoff picture: http://www.nfl.com/playoffs/playoff-picture (Completely off topic, but I'm so proud of Cleveland) Before we get into anything, week 17 is a must win. Literally. There is no scenario in which the Colts play January football after losing to the Titans week 17. So yeah. No pressure. But here goes If the Colts go 2-0: Colts can win AFC South if: Texans lose out. Colts can win 6th seed if:3 points

His reactions are way too slow. His throws are so erratic. How do you build trust with your receivers without precision and consistancy? He used to score with his feet but they have taken that part of his game away (understandably). There is no joy or passion in his game. I was really sad watching him. I have never been a fan of running QBs. They get injured and scared or physically damaged so they can't run. Without developing a pocket game with wise and judicious runs their careers are cut short.3 points

Deion didn't like Peyton either. I guess after Marvin made him toast in 1999 he just hated Indianapolis period3 points

Indianapolis should be considered one of the top playing destinations for many free agents for the unseeable future. I'm not even talking about cap space or trying to overpay for guys. Chris Ballard has shown the ability to bring in players who won't break the bank or headlines, but show up on every Sunday and produce at a high level. Players that produce for the Colts will be awarded by CB when the time is right. Guys will come here just to play with Andrew Luck alone. Luck is healthy and the Colts are winning which will lure good players to Indianapolis. Players love to play for Frank Reich3 points

Going to Gillette would be a better experience in the long term for the young guys. Beating Mcdaniels and ending the dynasty would be our super bowl.3 points

I want an Indy Revenge Tour. Steelers in round one, Chargers in round two, Pats in round three, Saints for the Chip.3 points

One thing I read, this game (Dallas at Indy) was the first game all season where Dallas did not register a sack. And looking at the gamebook, Dallas only got 2 QB hurries all game. That is some elite level line play.3 points

Desir played a heckuva game yesterday. Step for step with Hopkins last week, and the same thing with Cooper this week. That TE pass break up of his was SO good. he bit on the fake, but recovered nicely. Plus he jarred the ball loose on Zeke down by the goal line. Hooker's name isn't coming up on the stats, but I think he's quietly been a reason passing teams aren't getting chunk plays as well.3 points

I hear ya! I live in Portland and I make the mistake once in a while to check on going to Seahawks game. No way to am going to spend that much money on a game. I even have friends with a condo right downtown on Alaskan Way. Right on the pier. But just the cost of the tickets is too much for decent seats.2 points
